^^ Android studio has made its drag and drop feature so easy that you don't need to be an expert in xml, after a few practice you will get the hang of how xml (in Android) is used. Knowing html then xml then developing android app is a solid waste of time, by the time she is done android has moved on

It seems people are missing the line where she said; " I want to become an Android developer,".....and the advice is start with js, html, css, python, these are all a waste of time in the Android world.

To be an android developer start with java and learn kotlin after that, but start making apps with the little java knowledge and learn along.

HOW TO BUY PREMIUM TEMPLATES FROM CMS STORES USING "OVO WEB"
1.Go to the menu from the floating action button with the plus sign and click "Go to market"
2.Free templates are loaded and shown to you, click on menu (hamburger icon) at the top left
3.Different categories of available templates are shown to you, for thos example we go with "Brewey Templates"
4.A list of brewey templates are shown to you.
5.Scroll through the list of available templates and click on the "shopping cart icon" located below the template you would love to buy.
6.Now go to your shopping cart by swiping to the left or clicking the shopping cart icon at the top right which shows you all the selected items you intend to buy. Click on the floating action button at the bottom right to buy.
7.Wait for the app to connect to the servers
8.Checkout the template

Below are some tips for a great app icon, not necessarily steps to follow but tips for you or your graphics designer to create a great app logo;

- Use a bold, unique shape(s) that carries the brand.
- Avoid using scaled down version of a photo, like what you just did.
- Don’t overload the icon with color and detail, simplicity is key.
- Don't include words into the logo
- Check out your competitors’ app icon designs

Nigerians are completely hilarious, nothing is taken serious and their sarcasm level is top notch.

Now its paining me I didn't do this app at least my nerves would have been cracked up as I fix bugs while app reviews are flooding in

INEC needs to be involved to make this happen, a developer cannot just generate the data. They should make the data readable but not writable through an api and within a day or two an android app will suffice

I WOULD have done the app for the op(just to prove a point) for 50k but the guy seems rude.....how can he say an android programmer doesn't have upto 20k in his account? , is he his account officer?.....in fact the dude is plain RUDE. He should be begging android programmers to help him with his little budget

How to get the template(css, javascript and html) of a webpage using OVO Web
1.Go to the menu from the floating action button with the plus sign and click on "Download from url"
2.Type in the url of the page and select the folder you want it saved in
3.Click on save and wait for the process to be completed before hitting the cancel button
4.Go to the folder you selected in no 2
5.There you find your files

OVO Web, an android app on the google play store builds websites by editing website templates from any source (e.g local hard drive, template used by a webpage, template from a saved .mht file, template bought online etc).
