Please lawyers in the house I need to be better educated on that evidence by the said Captain either for or against the PDP or APC as my understanding from what I just read is that he ( captain ) neither deny or confirm there was rigging to his knowledge either directly or through his troops .
I would wish also wish to be clear on the captain said in the signal to him he was directed to come lie for APC at the tribunal and if that should happen won't there has been committed a criminal offence ?
