That coup was very neccesary as even attempt to change the government democratically was npt allowed including instructing the defence infustries coporation in kaduna to mass produce the then populart OFN machine guns for the mopols and conbentional pplice as tools for supresion. S o all in all that coup was in the interest of the nation ! There cant be regret . |
Remembering the small matter between some pplice people and zojas at cbn sokoto some years back when major mark as petroleum task force chairman try to over do its now history . |
this what they told them in the mosque to do. it wont change anything.[ And what did your baastor told you to do ? |
Iam not in anyway surprised sbout what happen in Sokoto for two reason . 1. Generally youths in Sokoto are usually very vibrant remember during the Dasuki crisis after the death of Sultan Abukabakar it was the youths of sokoto that led the protest agaisnt the installement of Dasuki and i can report i was physically present when the crisis got to the pslace slipping to the residence of Alhaji Alhaji by the time bundles of raw cash was brought out of his residence in ghana must go bags those cash were burnt and no one was allowed to take one piece of note that were more in pound and dollars . 2 .Just last year after Jonathans ill adviced dancing in Kano his foot steps was also swept out kano in less than 2 hours what follows is now history as the very next local government was the worst the PDP ever experience as not even one councillor was the party able to win not to talk of chairman . My advice to President Jonathan is he should get better advicers and not those who are only using his name to loot the nation . Anyone that says sokoto people are dumb is actually an idiot . let them go back check the history of Nigerian elections and they will be shocked to find out nobody ever win the leadership of Nigeria and loose Sakwato . Yes Sakwato is the correct spelling b4 you book people came with your confusion . |
APC trying to eliminate NANS leadership for endorsing GEJ[/ See what you are writting do you have proof for this scandalous post . |
Can Nigeria weather another 4 years of massive looting as experinced in the lwst six years is the question . Please those muting revolution should hold thier fire there is hope for Nigeria help is coming and that hope is Buhari he is ready to remove the drunks from the villa . |
Sir, It was an unblessed memory, It doesn't matter if he were a former head of state. Do you know that Nigerians celebrated when his death was announced?... do you know how many people he executed?... Do you know how many billion in dollars he siphoned That man doesn't deserve to be celebrated, It's like celebrating Mobutu sese sekou. If Jonathan should just die today am sure the celebration will be heavier than that after Abacha"s death. he is more corrupt !! If anyone talk of corruption am more than sure that under Abacha is a childs play to jonathans . |
This operation burst group are those not policemen or are they thugs . As this culture of impunity gradually tahen hold of Nigeria juet recentlly it was CP Rivers state then Ekiti followed and now the campaigns are on i saw both chairmen of pdp and apc trading accusations on channeltv today . |

Please i want to appeal to Nigerians lets treat the igbo people as a humans ;after going through the naration of this OP thrice i just felt sad for a reason i cant explain though i agree they act like kenkeso"s ( leece ) but these treatments are not fair God creted them too anyway .
Kogi state has suffered enough in the hands of PDP since 1998. Its time to sweep out the poverty developing party away from Kogi state and in Nigeria generally. ///////////////////////////// If there iwvwjywhere in Nigeria that the change MUST come that place is certainly Kogi where the standard way of the governmejts is to share the state allocation among government officials . Just recently the immediately past Kabba Bunu locwl government chairman by name Funsho took a loan of #150 million and pocketed it prompting the stwte governor to come down to beg the councillors to oift the suepension issued him ( the chairman ) meanwhile the governor got the sum of of #18 million for his effort now the chairman has been removed from office but the money id gone ws usuwl in the PDP family culture . Anyone who wishes can go to the LG seretariat to confirm its no fiction . |
DIFFERENCES BETWEEN AN ASHEWO/ASHANA (PROSTITUTE) AND A RUNS GIRL 1. Ashewos stand by the road side or joints or hotel to get customers while runs girls will stay in their apartment when a call will enter from only God knows where that their service are needed 2. Most Ashewos are mostly broke but Runs girls will know how to find their way even if things wana get worst 3. Ashewos call their clients customers while Runs girls call their clients MAGA 4. You can know if a girl is a prostitute coz they don't hide it, but trust me, you can be dating a runs girl without knowing, they do their things codedly 5. Financial problems bring most people into Ashewo business but Greed and lust t bring most girls to runs work you can add if you know more Most runs girls will give a oral service an Ashawo will not do |

How come it never occur to president jonathan that he could call for retired service chiefs to come for brain storming for 2 days on how to properly take this BH fellons head on . Am talking of the ex service chiefs or are they too all his enemies or are they all refusing to help having gone through all this before too. |
APC thrives on the carnage of insecurity to score cheap political point. Remove Boko Haram from the equation and see APC collapse like a pack of cards. They will have nothing to campaign on. AND LET CORRUPTION THRIVE ? |
As GEJ said we shall see I want to believe he now understands that we the SS SE and other oppressed minorities are fully behind him GEJ must win and any violent protest will be met fire for fire > Jonathan is expected to announce withdrwal from the polls three days before election day . This post is meant to settle the minds of Jonathan e-warriors on nairaland. |
Six REASONS TO VOTE GEJ 1) Consolidate on the agricultural policy - If all we can achieve in the next 4 years is feed ourselves alone without significant import, it would be equivalent to 31 trillion naira per annum assuming 500 naira per day for 170 million Nigerians for 365 days. That is a massive market with mighty potentials for wealth to average Nigerians and significant employment. 2) Sustain the automobile policies - With five car assembly plants nearing completion as at Dec 2014 and another 10 targeting completion by Dec 2015. We can commence and sustain car assembly. By 2017, the car manufacturers will commence manufacturing of the spare parts in-country. and with the re-invigoration within the power sector and ajaokuta steel plant, this industry will be the soul of manufacturing in the whole of Africa. Nigeria will become a car export country for the region in the next 5 to 6 years 3) Ensure continuity on power roadmap en-route constant power - Nigeria is few years to constant power, with lots of power plants nearing completion already, the ongoing gas assembly plant in Delta state, the ongoing investment by the private investors and the bids in hand for foreign competitors that will be introduced in 2016 .... we cannot afford to distort any of these ongoing plans. The story about constant power will soon be history 4) Ensure true democracy is further entrenched into our society. 4 more years of freedom of speech/ information and free/ fair elections will deepen our democracy for better years. Autocracy, intimidation, press bondage and unfair elections will be alien to us come 2019. And any government afterwards can only continue or better the process because the foundations would have fully solidified 5) Ensure that our infrastructures get the desired attention including our roads, railways, airports etc and sustained for the long term. Ensure that the oil and gas sector is deregulated through removal of subsidy to allow private sector participation with the consequent emergence of numerous refineries and petrochemical industries. Continue set up of the right institutions to fight corruption like the e-wallet system for fertilizer scam, biometric registration for ghost workers scam, pension reforms for pension scam etc. 6) Ensure that our northern brethren get some education through a sustained alamajiri education system. This will further make them productive and less vulnerable to violence and destruction SEVEN REASONS I WILL NOT VOTE BUHARI 1) It will be a blow on our democracy that we distort a pleasant Nigeria future for a man who ended our nascent democracy 30 years ago 2) The name Buhari is globally associated with Dog, baboon, blood, sharia crusade, death, anarchy, coup plotting, tribal high handedness etc and this cannot be the best fit for Nigeria in 2015 3) The man Buhari has not shown any plan for Nigeria, so far its been a campaign of paying 5000 naira to 25 million Nigerians which is totally laidback and unsustainable. Stabilizing crude oil prices by buhari as promised is also not possible. Feeding the school children is not sustainable and not what Nigeria needs at the moment..... No concrete plans for the Nigeria future 4) Unfortunately, a man that has Obj, Atiku, tinubu, Amaechi etc who have wrecked the Nigerian society as his support base cannot mean change in 2015. He cannot jail the hands that fed him meaning jailing by Buhari can only be sectional and based on favouritism. Buhari is also not open to setting up the right systems and institutions to make corruption in the various sectors almost impossible. 5) It will be a disgrace to Nigeria that a 72 year old retired general who showed open disdain to the Nigeria army for fighting Bokoharam and threw his weight behind bokoharam (http://www.thisdaylive.com/articles/buhari-military-offensive-against-boko-haram-anti-north/149256/) will be the president of Nigeria where other nations are joining forces to fight terrorism all over the world 6) How can we have a president whose educational qualification is in contention in 2015? Would it have been easier and better if the requested certification is shown to the electorate?. Even if the certificate exists, calling the bluff of the electorate for whom you beg for their votes is the height of insensitivity on the part of the general at this time.... much more when he is power 7) In this period of Nigerian growth, we cannot go for uncertainties. Though I do not consider this a political point, but a reaction to a Buhari's presidency in the SS through resumed militancy will pull all our growths to a halt and the economic suffering will be unprecedented. Four more years under GEJ will ensure complete diversification of the economy through agriculture, automobile and oil&gas downstream after which an uprising in the SS will have minimal impact to the country's economy Am neither a moslem nor a hausa man but surely ill rather vote for Buhari than vote for a confirmed drunkard whose video i have seen this after in his state of drunkennes not to talk of a phd zoologist who told me on live televison corruption is not stealing because he is neck deep into looting of the narions treasury . A phd holder who must continue to read on paper what he want to say and need 6 years to prepare for a dedate on his plans .. |
I recognize some indigenes of Ogun,Oyo and Oshun amongst the throng...is this crowd not hired and hauled via lorries and trailers?? I don't see any non-yoruba Lagosian( at least 60% Lagos Population) sticking with APC,then you have the core Lagosians who don't take kindly to having an outsider at the helm, very galling indeed.Add this to the charisma of Jimi and the 'federal momentum' of Bros J then APC might have to truck in voters from Ogun,Oyo and Oshun to retain Lagos... [/ Many are from Arnambara , eemo , bayalasa ; boronu ; sakwato ; kaabbi etc they were hired from the ueing part of the stolen oil money !! |
Anyone here with information as to when Jonathan will be in Ilorin as the igbo"s are already contributing funds to recieve him . |
Really jalo knows what's happening everywhere in the country [Am not moved Jonathan has done absolutely nothing for kabba people and sm not enough even sure he did anything in Kogi state so sending him back to Otuoke has no negative impact its a non issue . Meanwhile Jonathan himself has since the 29th July said he would be leaving office 2015 . so why the crocodile tear shedding . To the best of my the last
