My first visa took more than 40 working days and I wasn't denied.

Visa officers are trained to detect deceptions. Once they notice deception they scrutinise further, thats why people are denied based on inactive account.

I am glad you said from your own personal experience and there are quite a number of people who apply and get rejected as account is inactive others like yourself scale through.There are also those who have active accounts with “running business accounts” that are rejected.
Applications go to different people with varying temperaments while some scrutinise more than others and use in-house check list to the T.It ould be all your documentations were looking good so they did not bother to do a search.My mum has applied without including her bank account details in error but was issued though they rang me and perhaps her Chi was awake that day.Annex 21 specifies required grounds and your probably mean well but please don’t give this sort of advice.

Based on your facts, what about employees of those companies that are inactive. So they won't get uk visa?

Cause dey didnt file tax return, if u renewed ur visa it cause u have been given to previous, people who have not gotten Uk visa before are been check now i can confirm that bro

I renewed my visa in June.

There are so many companies in Nigeria, if you check their status on cac website it will still show inactive, does that mean employees will be denied Visa based on that?

From my own personal experience, my business has been registered since 2004. It has been showing inactive for so many years now and I have never visited CAC for reactivation.

I used it to apply for my 6 months and 2 years Visa and it was successful. I doubt if that is a factor for issuing visa. Jst make sure you have a running business account.

You, your wife and 2 kids are traveling. This is 4 different 4 visa fees + 4 different forms that should be filled with individual information. The best to link them is to state when asked if you are traveling with anyone, you state yes and fill the names.
It is not joint as so dnt go and fill in your trip cost lets say 4million.

The same visa officer is likely not going to be the one to treat all 4 cases, that is how it works.
U all can use one account sure as the kids are minors but pls dnt join budget of the kids to her budget while filling her form.

Let me state that its a joint application with my wife and the 2 kids and I have transferred the money for the travelling expenses for my wife and the 2 kids to her account.

Do I need to split the transferred money among the 3 of them or I should just state the total money transferred on all the application.?

Since have transferred the money for the expenses to my wife's account should I just fill the total money transferred to her account for both questions or do I need to split the money ?

**Should I categorise this money as allowance considering the fact that most times it fluctuates and she spend them all.

**Will I use the highest figure if considered as allowance and how will i explain her monthly expenditure.

**Is it compulsory I submit her 6 months statement of account, though I will be transferring the money for her and the kids travelling expenses to her account.

**Do I need to get any letter from her siblings or my parent who have given her money though not lump sup.

Anyhow u want to present the story, just know in the application you would need to state somthin as income, monthly spendings and disposable income. There is also a section for stating if you receive allowances et al from family members.
Do as much as u can as long as it us her own financial story.

Hi guys, am in the process of applying for visit visa for my wife and kids. Tho, she is unemployed and she stays at home to take care of the kids:

1. The money i send to her account should I categorise it as income or allowance ? Tho, its for buying foodstuff and feeding.

2. My dad sent some money to her account, should I categorise it also as allowance.

3. On 3 different occasion my company transfered 75k,4k and 5k to her account for her medical bills as the spouse of the director of the company.
Should I get a letter from the company to explain this ?

4. Does she need to list the transactions in her account and explain in a cover letter ?

Please I need response to this.

I will suggest you transfer the money to her and do a sponsorship letter. Let her use the account as it is and state that she gets regular income from you and her siblings.
