He ship out of their company 3 days after payment. and sent the tracking code which later started showing information of the tracking on May 4, then they (SINGAPORE POST) started the WAHALA and they dispatched to Nigeria 18 days later and arrive to Nigeria in another 7 days and now to get to Ogun is another 2 days or more

Thank you for this, though am not panicking but just that i want to make everything fast so as to avoid story that touch like yesterday or so. Also i have a buyer ready for the phone and that is why i do. Based on lagos to Ijebu things, i once contacted the post office customer care and i was told that they ship to cities and well known towns everyday and since the tracking shows that my phone is Nigeria since 5 a.m yesterday i gave them the chance to transfer to ijebu today and to collect it but the said it should be in their HQ which i dont know where the HQ is probably Abeokuta or Lagos.

Thank God that i still found some of my order which is just looking in the post office shelf today, attached is the picture of the item

Yes oooo, if you are in Lagos go to post office tomorrow or today if they have not close, but other state wait till Monday, don't wait till they call you ooo just tell them you have tracked it and it show its with them.

Collected the case of my phone and screen guard too today, though they don't have tracking information but my fone who is a friend with your order through the thin and though in the hand of the airline before getting to Nigeria yesterday was said to have not reached their location today. but will check again tomorrow.

Modified: Aliexpress just alert me now that my order was undeliverable. Nipost said yet to collect the item. Nigeria we hail thee.

I went to post office today to get the order which entered the country yesterday, but on getting there I was told they are yet to get the order and they help me cross checked for the other items but thank God my glass screen protector was in the office since 17th and the silicone case was there since 22nd of this month. Though I bought the two of them after buying the phone, but phone never reach sha.

Review of the item collected

Screen protector: Its just plain white and looks like a plastic why holding and yet to know the size since the phone is not yet around

Silicone case: I love this case as its purely transparent to the extent that I put it on my face and i see clearly just like a rubber glass, and with the silicone case alone I fell in love with the phone because I know it will be nice with the silicone case.

I will modify and add picture when I get a phone with better camera to snap the case.

waiting for the phone, I will check tomorrow but the woman promise to call me when it arrive

Nipost need to do something on this issues, I remembered back in 2014, I ordered for some clothes for the Christmas and new year but the item arrived in early December but whenever I go to post office in Oyo where I used as the address they will say they never receive my parcel until new year when I call some number on their portal and later was told that my item was shipped to Oyo the second day it entered Nigeria. I now used that info to make my enquiries later found my item and they said they dont know when it entered.

Also presently their portal is not working as expected, all item track is always down.

Please we need a better service and also the handling charges should be known generally not been formulated by their staff.

Thank God, my order is now around the corner, but the tracking time shows GMT+8 and we are using GMT+1, do you guys think it can reach ogun state by tomorrow, because i dont want a story that touched. So has anyone the order outside the lagos the next day it reached Nigeria?

Message the seller that what? I'm not discouraging him o, but what would he tell the seller? That his package came compromised and he accepted it without a "video unboxing" (in ds case sef, unboxing isn't relevant as it has been opened already).

HOUSE, if your package is rapped with a tape, like the attached, please don't collect it. It's an evidence that the seal has been compromised except you're ready to slug it out with NIPOST if unfortunately, there's an item extraction issue.

If you want to take the risk by collecting it, ensure there is a handwritten code on the package with a prefix IR and have at least, the dispatch officer as a witness.

My thought is that the seller may have encounter such issue in the business and may have a better solution to the issue. I.E Returning or so... Not a master in Courier issue sha, but someone working there told me that once your parcel is registered then you can still get that device back through the seller.
