ofcourse there is a sound driver there

go to the audio section, there are two files there namely conexant driver (2mb) & a UAA driver (54mb)

the trick is to install the UAA first so that it makes your sound card recognized & then the conexant driver. that should work

but if u've installed xp service pack 3, then u'll need to read the following
