omoadeleye:An external CD/DVD drive should solve your problem or a cheaper option would be copying whats on the CD/DVD to a flash drive and installing from there |
bums:what kind of sound? beeping? might be Ram problem if it is. A little more detail would help. cheers |
This quote comes to mind whenever i hear GEJ talk "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt" Sad! |

taymmytorpe:They mostly get these details from your NYSC yearbook where all your Personal information are printed. I Remember i alerted NYSC officials to the dangers in my service year but nobody would listen |
Creamish:Happy Christmas to you too darling.......Wish you everything good and then some ![]() |

It Would have been nice if he had stated the amount generated last year before giving the projections for next year. That's how its done in saner climes instead on bandying figures about |
If y'all been to the north & i mean core north here, you would now that its impossible to ban Okada/Achaba nation wide. Most Northern Governors wont even think it |
Richiy: EroticAngelina:I beg to disagree, Maybe y'all should check your dictionary again. Richiy:Babe is a slang used as an affectionate term of address to a lover so nothing wrong with using it |
OP you can always allow/deny access base on mac address. That has always been the best option for a SOHO. Another option is to stop broadcasting the SSID so that only those with prior knowledge of the network can access it with the correct credential ofcourse |
dyttt:Hello deary @OP That's mostly because a lot of people are not realistic about their expectations & the rest don't even know what they want |
Not really close to mine, can't sit in the same room with mine for long. Calls are always under 1min tops & usually one sided. Very formal relationship but then my mum is a whole new ball game all together. Can tell her almost anything. For her it was "always remember where u're coming from' |
Fulaman198:Inbuilt trip server, file transfer over network, complete control over colour, fonts and all. Just go to their site & find all the features. Here's the link http://www.vandyke.com/products/securecrt/ If u're interested, I could send u the full app tomorrow. I know I have it somewhere |
Fulaman198:Try SecureCRT & you won't go back to putty. D only draw back is that it's a paid app but it's worth every penny especially if u usually login to multiple devices simultaneously cos it arranges all your sessions in different tabs all on one window but i won't advice it if u're preparing for CCIE cos you might just get use to having everything that easy ![]() |
Saw Ichel:Lol @ real bitakwa son ![]() Let's just say I spent 2yrs in PH & I had friends who knew all koros in dt town ![]() I miss it like mad |
MizMyColi:There you go making assumptions about the company's motives. When would people begin to understand that its a choice and not an obligation. The companies are offering those perks to those who are interested and nothing more. Nobody is forcing anyone to do anything. Frankly I'm tired of people who believe that the same thing should matter the most to everyone. People are different and so are their needs and believe of what's important. hard as it might seem, Not everyone wants to be married and certainly not everyone wants kids but trust society to see people who don't tow their idea of "important" as Pariah. The fact that you're more bothered about it becoming a trend says a lot about you and there's absolutely nothing wrong with having a child at 40 or after. Their life, their choice & Like I'll always say, To Each his own. Whatever makes them happy |
what's news here? ![]() There are loads of strip joints in PH like Ocabic, expressions, phimo, chakas place..... |
Obviously you would require an internet connection to remotely view & manage the system so here's my question Can the system be connected to the internet via proxy? if yes, how? |
Fulaman198:It does actually but its disabled by default on all OS after Windows XP for security reasons but can be enabled it if you want to. Other Terminal apps are Secure CRT (best cos of tabs), TeraTerm & Putty |
I've heard a lot about Auto insurance in Nigeria and it's supposedly one of the prerequisite of driving on any public road. Now I'm also well aware that the 3rd Party insurance (N,5000) most Nigerians pay for is just to pass police & custom checks on the road and nothing more. Most Nigerians distrust insurance companies & sees it as a waste of money and won't bother with it either due to lack of information, misinformation, bad experience or just complete lack of confidence in Nigerian insurance companies. Road Accidents here usually involves whoever is at fault paying for the repairs of both cars and theft leaves you at the mercy of the police with no hope of getting recompense if your car is never found. I'm really interested in getting first hand experiences from people who have successfully/unsuccessfully made claims and the insurance companies involved (3rd party & Comprehensive). How fast/easy was it? Maybe this thread would change or reinforce people's opinions about Insurance. |
lynpetra:Lol Easy madam b4 u pop something @op,I see something very wrong with sharing marital/relationship problems with a 3rd party. That's a deal breaker for me and considering it's just 1yr after marriage, I'll say she already has an itch for u & is using d pregnancy thingy as an excuse. My advice? Run like hell but we both know you won't do that |

The labour unions in the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, Petroleum and Gas Senior Staff Association and the National Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers on Friday resolved to suspend their planned strike, which would have paralysed the whole country if the planned industrial action takes off. NAN reports that the planned strike has been shelved owing to the intervention of the Minister of Petroleum, Mrs. Diezani Alison- Madueke. www.punchng.com/news/nnpc-unions-pengassan-nupeng-shelve-planned-strike/ |
