David De Gea has signed a new four-year contract with Manchester United, keeping him at Old Trafford until at least 2019. There is an option to extend it for a further year.

The Spain international, 24, joined the Reds back in 2011 and has registered 175 appearances for the club, winning the Premier League title in 2013 and two Sir Matt Busby Player of the Year awards.

David De Gea said:

“I am delighted to be starting this new chapter in my United career. I have always enjoyed playing with these great players in front of our fantastic fans. As we all know that the Presidential election along with other elections held across Nigeria on Saturday 28th of March 2015. The election was extended by INEC as a result of a couple of hindrances to a successful election in some parts of the country.

The Chairman of INEC - Professor Attahiru Muhammadu Jega officially announced the APC candidate early hours of the morning, Wednesday, April 1, 2015 having taken all the results collated from the reporting officers, which started at the collation centre in Abuja, the nation’s capital, on Monday and ended on Tuesday, March 31.

After the announcement of votes received by all 14 candidates, the INEC Chairman received the results from the 36 states plus the FCT and proceeded with computation and tallying, a process which ran into the early hours of Wednesday, April 1.

General Muhammadu Buhari of the APC polled a total of 15,424,921 votes to defeat all other candidates, with Dr Goodluck Jonathan of the PDP polling a total of 12,853,162 votes to place second. Buhari has become victorious in a Presidential election that was keenly contested by him and 13 other candidates and followed closely in Africa & globally.

Scamming is fast becoming an occupation and a lot of people who have even heard stories and had experiences still fall for scams.

These scammers most times use the phishing method which is the attempt to acquire sensitive information such as usernames, passwords, and credit card details (and sometimes, indirectly, money) by masquerading as a trustworthy entity in an electronic communication.

Below are some examples of the kind of emails they'd sent you ranging from Romance to even your curriculum vitae.

Ultimately, they prey on people who are lonely, panic, desperate, greedy, ignorant or look for rewards with little work input or who panic at situations without reading between the lines and double checking the email address before clicking to the phishing sites.

Many Email Providers put in systems that catch most of these phishing sites but alas they become smarter all time - registering domains similar to the email providers, using their templates, logos and other company assets. They may also at times use compromised friends' accounts to get your own details. The recent trend is them dropping comments on Facebook accounts, Blog posts (we have seen a lot here). We have also seen some opening LinkedIn accounts of prominent people in a bid to make their scam more successful.

Many times it is difficult to determine and no one really is safe. We hope these scamming examples below will help you to determine which message, comment or email is a scam.

According to BlackBerry, In Sub-Saharan Africa, BlackBerry is in partnership with Samsung. BBM won’t be available to iPhone and Android users in Africa right away. Only those having a Samsung Android phone that is Android 4.0 and above can get the BBM app using the Samsung Application Store.



Samsung is going to have this exclusivity from the 22nd of October to the 24th of October this year. BBM will become available to all Android and iPhone users in Africa on October 25th. So, you’ll have to wait, except…

You can get the BBM on your iPhone right away

If you have a US iTunes account, visit the US App Store and get BBM for iPhone now. But there’s no guarantee you’ll be able to use it once you download it. BlackBerry is making people wait in line and this is already irking some people.
