The application number is the same as the job offer number. You see it on your form when applying to ministry of human resources and emiratisation. Approval means they r done with verification of ur document which they will later forward to ministry of interior (immigration) for issuance of visa.

not about being a Nigerian. my work visa was applied for and issued in less than 4days, it depends and how eager they want u to resume.

Was this recently and was it after the approval.

I have been refused twice and I don't know if I shld try again. I studied agric economic s here in Nigeria and I chose environmental science for a second degree. Can I apply again using a masters degree or better still go to us. I didn't use sop in my first application but I used in my second could send it to ur mail if u could help read through. Should I just stay off Canada for now cus at first d reasons were purpose of visit and family ties
Now they added travel history and personal asset. Please nobody shld tell me sorry o it would just worsen ma feelings right now. But if u have an advice for me am all ears. Thank u.

if u want canada....having a good ug grade is the best bet........some say years of experience can work too.....
you just have to check ur choice of school and digest the admission requirement....

but a grad certificate in a college is never a pathway to a masters degree in a university....

Well Canada has been a disappointment for me, It was difficult enough securing a Masters admission in Electrical Engineering, but the study permit application experience was outrageous, i mean 4 months processing time? after waiting for this long without knowing ones fate and majority of the applications are rejected. I applied for my study visa to Canada on 18th april, after almost 2 and a half months, on june 20th, I got a reject. Insufficient financial capacity to pay tuition and live without working in canada or so was the reason. Showed an SOA of about 8.5 M. It was heart breaking and agitating, after waiting for all this time.

But I switched to my backup plan (USA). had also been accepted by a US university for MSC in ECE. I completed my US visa application for student visa on 24th june, just 3 days after getting the canadian reject, I scheduled my visa interview for the 1st of July, went for the interview, visa got approved ( I mean even if it were rejected I get to know immediately) on same day, picked up my stamped passport on 11th July and ready to depart for the US. less than 2 weeks overall processing time. flight tickets all whatsoever are down and ready to go.

All I want to convey here is Canadian Education is for the really patient fellows, You have to be really lucky to get it in the first try. Just shared my experience, might be helpful to some people.

i am not here to battle words with any1. I speak facts and from experience amongst my friends who are in canada already. If you noted my ending statement i said i was speaking relatively to the concern about the documents listed . Ask people on this thread that if u r idle for a long time/unexplained gaps and you apply for visa..i repeat it again you MUST BE REFUSED on "PURPOSE OF VISIT" and its accomplice. Last month i spoke against about using maple edu.canada agents and 2 people on this thread who used them and i wldnt want to mention their Monikers have been denied.i dont say nonsense or what i don't know i speak facts as i have mastered the Canada study visa system.moreover my close friend used MAPLE EDU.CANADA,paid almost N600k to them and was denied visa last 2months,their family cried wella. I was the one that helped him apply for his GCMS note and the VO noted program inconsistency as the sole reason for refusal.i dont say rubbish here.if that guy above can be sincere,if he has long gap without covering it/unexplained,he won't get this visa.im not here to sugarcoat words..this is from experience which i have never seen any1 overcome even if he goes to shiloh at cannan land and pray day and night. It can't solve it.moreover with the documents the guy listed i never knew he has submitted,i thought he was asking for review so he will proceed to submitting,that has why i made those comments to cater for any long gap if he has one since i don't know when he finished service.

Even if he goes to Shiloh and pray day and night lols. Be careful of ur words wen trying to make ur point.ure now not even making decisions for v.o ure making for God too lols. Its good to do the right thing in terms of crossing all t's and dotting all i's . But these people making these decisions are human . There is nothing impossible for God to do. He can go to Shiloh pray day and night and he will get d visa on documents that ain't soooo complete.

No I didn't see d records of d first app may be ur friend used details of d first app wen he/she was filling d details. Am so sure it's not my first app because I didn't even get a medical call up in my first app nor did I do upfront medicals, was denied just after 5weeks buh wen I linked my app on Saturday Dere was medical passed which implies it's my new app.

Have u tracked ur app after Wednesday. Is it still in ghana

In response to michv post. I applied April 7 paper route, Upfront medicals and dis my 2nd application and was denied for just "purpose of visit" in my first app which I didn't put SOP. Add SOP in my 2nd app as advised by people. When I linked my app last week I saw medical passed and dats all. My app is exactly 12weeks today. Hope to get a positive reply very soon. Bet u don't know what am going through. Note: didn't do a medical in my first app.

I tried linking my application but I have not been able to link it. I dunno why. When u linked it did u see d records for d first application. A friend that linked saw his first application instead of d recent one. I have been trying too but not been able to link it. I was requested to do medicals in my first application.

Hello friends, do I need to renew my police clearance before applying. I did it around April which will expire next month.

Nope since it has not expired. I submitted mine on d day mine was to expire and I made enquiries from vfs before using it.

@Oyeleye, go to cic website (cic.gc.ca), create an account using Gc key as if you want to apply online, instead click on link paper to this account and follow the links, fill in every detail as it appeared on your application, thats all

I have done all that. Its not just linking. I and a friend tried linking his. But what surfaced was d previous application that was refused. I just need someone who has been refused once and was able to link d second application. I would just wait then and believe it would b alright.
I re applied 26th of April.I got medical request in my previous application but dunno if they wld request again since I did the medicals around Feb, its still valid. I applied through paper route but not heard from vfs yet
It wld end in praise for me and every other trv hopefuls

My challenge is, I have re applied for another visa since April, with medicals passed but while waiting for my TRV, my brother just called me this evening that he will be needing the funds he transfered to my account and that he needs it urgently as early as Tuesday. Should I be worried about the decision of the VO considering the fact that the stipulated amount that is was initially quoted during my application has been transferred back to my brother.

U already have medical passed on your second application. Does this means Dey didn't request for medicals and they transfered from d previous because it's not long u did it
