side plot, he saved some Russians sailors in their submarine, didn't know that he was in Russia in the film, they presented his location as America, make I no even talk about the nonsense they did in those submarine scenes, sailors will go and hide inside a room? Abegii,

Clearly, you've never played any game by Quantic Dream. If you think your character must defeat every adversary to progress. It's Kratos' story bro, so he's scripted to win even if that means nerfing some gods. In Thanos' story, the avengers were made to make mistakes and Vision was even nerfed just so Thanos could win.

I like this Asian guy, he is so funny.
He also acted in Marvel's Antman and the Wasp.

Genre: Fantasy, SciFi,Action, Adventure

Cinematography was top notch, the underwater CGI scenes were breathtakingly beautiful to look at, the movie literally had the best visuals in the DCEU, there was also good character development here( the characters never acted irrational or illogical, they always had a sensible reason), Action scenes were perfectly executed. The costumes were also perfectly made.

The plot was well developed. Here, you basically see that the introduction, mid-parts & the ending were well in tune/agreement.

The movie also hinted on a very good subject, which was sea pollution & its resultant effect to the marine environment & its aquatic life.

Although, the movie had some little technical errors here & there & also the plot was kinda a little bit cliché. The flaws were quite negligible & forgivable owing to the fact that the good aspects of the movie strongly outweighs the not so good.

This movie is definitely the crown jewel of DCEU .

Was he a brother hater who is trying to have the Atlantis throne to himself? Because the people living on land polluting the waters is a coy. The other Atlantis tribe were not complaining and even Nereus knew he lied about the war from the surface, he was just in for his own gain.

You people are funny, the comic writers can make one person powerful than the other by even adding other power to a character and even make a lesser superhero beat a stronger one.

But i get it, this kind of arguments excite you people.

So i woke up very early this morning and i decided to knock myself out with some movies, since it's a very cold night.

Winchester its a nice horror movie and one of the maids of Mrs Winchester that died when part of the building collapse, is ZED of legend of the seeker, the wizard of the first order.

Winchester to me is 6/10.

Second movie i watched was close.
Main actress acted what happed to Monday.

Close is a nice movie, good storyline and the song they played when the movie was over, is top of the notch song.

The song has been on repeat since morning.

So Close is rated 6/10.

Last movie i saw this morning was peppermint.
What an epic movie, about revenge, so similar to the movie "Revenge"

Peppermint is rated 8.5/10

Note: One thing that i have noticed about movies is that movies where females are casted as main characters seems to be more interesting than when males are the main characters.

Movies like The polar and eqalizer where men are the main leads can't contest with movies like Revenge, Peppermint and what happened to Monday, where women are the main leads.

This is my observation for many years now.

I know many people that detest movies with female leads and won't even watch it.

Because they believe can't be that good to outwit and out muscle males.

Yahya Abdul-Mateen II did a good job as Black Manta.

He didn't get enough screen time cuz he will likely be the main villain in Aquaman 2.

The movie was only setting him up for a bigger involvement in a sequel.

Yahya Abdul-Mateen II signed a contract with WB to appear in over 4 DC movies.
So his little role in Aquaman was just the beginning of the Black Manta character.
He will grow as a villain to become as formidable you expect him to be.

Characters grow and develop, you know

Yahya barely had 15 minutes of screen time.
Cut him some slack.

It didn't have that presence or should i say he didn't seem like a fearful villain just some kick about little villain.

That guy that acted as blackmanta was nit formidable to me.


They should have casted someone like Micheal jai white who showed interest.

Aquaman 5.5/10

The CGI was impressive but it hindered the closeness and interaction between the casts.

And actually the storyline is not so different to T'challa's own.

The most iconic question in the world, who would win between DC and Marvel if they go to war?


Let’s see, first of all i will list out all the important heroes of each universe.



Marvel:

Thor, Hulk, iron Man, Spiderman, Captain America, Wolverine, silver Surfer

And now DC:


Superman, Batman, Green Lantern, Flash, Martian Manhunter, Aquaman, wonder Women.

now who’s going to win?
First we have to identify the leaders of each team. Cap for Marvel and Batman for DC. So who’s the better leader?

without a doubt Batman. He’s the greatest strategist in comic book history and the DC heroes will listen to him without any ‘buts’. So this gives a little edge to DC. Now we need to see who would win in the fight.



Batman would fight Cap. They would both us some moves on each other. But Batman’s been training since forever. He has a hell of a lot of experience, and he knows almost all martial art techniques there are to know. Furthermore, he uses not only his body but also his brain while fighting.

Although Cap has superhuman strength and a shield but still he won’t be able to fight Batman’s brain. Brain beats brawn every time. One point for DC 1–0.


[b]Then there’s the battle with the 2 unstoppable forces of each universes ; Supes and the green Goliath. If there is some time for preparation before the battle then Batman could tell Wayne enterprises to research into a cure for Hulk, remember a cure has been founded before, with the almost unlimited resources that it has there will be no difficulty for Wayne to find the cure and inject it into the Hulk. Or if there is a little less preparation then Superman could easily bring a puppy. Hulk would stand no chance, as a puppy transforms Hulk back into Banner.

IF there is no preparation at all, then Superman could easily fly at a bazillion times the speed of sound straight at banner and divide him into a gazillion pieces. The only thing that can stop Superman is kryptonite but Hulk would not be so bright to remember the little red shiny thing in his trousers. If the Hulk doesn’t have kryptonite and Superman doesn’t have puppies then they’ll fight the old fashion way. but still in a 1 on 1 fight Superman would still win, he could easily figure out he needs to calm Hulk down or both of them could fight till eternity. So Supes wins. 2–0[/b]


Next there’s a battle between two god and god-like. Thor vs Wonder Women. This would be a very very close one.Wonder Women is viewed as one of the strongest hero in the DC universe,same goes for Thor. Thor is immensely under-powered without his hammer,and if Diana gets the hammer she wins, she is both worthy and strong enough to lift it. But Thor’s a freakin asgardian. i guess i don’t know much about Wonder Women so I can’t say for sure, but Thor just might win. 2–1.


Now the Surfer vs Manhunter. Both are largely powerful. Manhunter can turn into anything, but Surfers powers are too much for him,It will be a close fight but Sufer wins. 2–2.


Now, two guys who can build almost anything, Green Lantern vs Ironman. Stark has a suit, Hal has a ring. We all know who’ll win. Tony takes years to build a great suit,Hal can do it in seconds. Whatever Toy builds Hal will build it’s more powerful counterpart. He can easily tear Ironman’s suit into shreds. 3–2.


Now Aquaman vs Wolverine. The God of Water, King of Atlantis will easily win. Wolvie could use his claws all he wants but Aquaman’s bulletproof, so claws won’t do nothing to him.4–2

Finally the two guy’s with great and fast instincts; Flash and Spiderman. Spiderman is pretty fast to react, but Flash is massively fast to react. he could easily dodge spider webs and then beat the crap out of spidey. 5–2

So Dc wins by 3 points.

On Thanos being a Protagonist or Antagonist
I have beef with Koice but I still got respect for him. He forced me to do more research on this issue of protagonist v antagonist. Very few here can challenge me intellectually.

The honest solution is that everybody on either side is right- THANOS IS BOTH A PROTAGONIST AND ANTAGONIST.

I researched and came to understand certain problems causing our argument

1. The definitions of protagonist, hero, main character etc are not always set in stone.

2. The common assumption is that the protagonist is the hero or the good guy.

3. The protagonist does not always have to be a hero.

4. A protagonist can also be an antagonist (vice-versa)

5. Antagonist is not always the villain

6. The common assumption is that the villain is the antagonist


Considering number 3, I have to agree that Koice is right. Not only is Thanos the central character, he is also the mover of the plot. Thanos also had more screen time than any other character in infinity war. Thanos is the protagonist

However, considering number 1 and the common use of language (villain is synonymous with antagonist), Thanos is the antagonist.

If we were to use pure literary definitions, then Koice is right.




In summary, f4ck Koice. He is right but he is also an insufferable douche.

In their interview the directors said the avengers were the antagonists for wanting to stop Thanos' mission.

They actually said that thanos was the protagonist because with his intentions, he is some kind of hero... like an anti-hero

Star Lord is wiser than to lose his cool in that moment with the way he was portrayed in gotgs.

There was chance to stop him, but they were made stupid and they were not the avengers with knew, except infinity stones can fūck with their brains. So not stopping him on titan was a plot hole.


If they stopped him on titan, then the movie would not continue so a plot hole must be created to further the story.
