I guess what he's trying to say is that when one has encountered the shimmer, it will fūck with the person's brain that they might end up killing him/herself. But Annihilation is set at a location and its doesn't affect all the world, but its growing. But as you guys are spoiling Bird Box for those of us yet to watch it, i think it is similar to A Quiet Place as one guy mentioned up there, they are both apocalyptic cos its affecting all the world and also has same theme, one is don't open your eyes, the 2nd is don't make noise.

In 2016 i made upto 1000 copies of magazine with almost #600,000.

The magazine was solely based on Nigeria league, the title of the magazine is 'Scoreline'. I thought Nigeria league was gaining recognition then cos Dstv were showing some of their matches on Television.

I was in a whatsapp group with chairman of the league Shehu Dicko, i chatted him up about the magazine, the man didn't reply me. Some other Nigeria sport journalists also kept mum when i posted the magazine in the group.

I was only able to sell 20 copies at Lekan Salami stadium in Ibadan at 500 per each.

A great loss, it contributed to the poverty facing my family till now.

How i wish i had known how to do graphics design.

Since then, i had never cared about the Nigeria league again.

Crimes of grindelwald. Now this movie was smooth. That's the only way to describe it. I really enjoyed it.

Funny enough the movie was the building block for a continuation of the franchise and I didn't feel cheated. Solid 8.


Now watching aquaman. Got a HDTC copy that is clear and watchable . So far so good

Charming, ’coming of age’ story with a lot of heart behind it. For a Transformers film, the action was few and far between, but for the little we got, the battle scenes were great. Awesome visual effects, good character development, humour and a lot of touching moments. Great acting from Hailee Steinfeld in this movie, John Cena was kind of underused but for what we got of him, not bad. GREAT soundtrack, I wasn’t even alive in the 80s but I still felt the nostalgia lol.

Solid film, 8/10

You should have read the movie synopsis online, it's a slow movie, i was even surprised that guy will recommend such movie and rated it 9/10.

I have enjoy drama genre movies but i can't recommend it here because most people here are action and sci-fi fans.

But there is something i don't like about Nigerians living abroad or always travel abroad, even if they tell you that you can make it in Nigeria, they will still have this disdain for you that you don't know anything, that your life is worthless because of what they have seen abroad in their short lives. Same way black Americans always look down on Real Africans.

All i know is that whether i go abroad one day or not, we only live once

I get the feeling. But you can't have the upper hand against the players when your team is underperforming.

Take City for example, if Pep falls out with Debruyne for instance, he could make him sit on the bench and eventually sell him with the club's backing because they are still an exceptional team without any one player.

Allegro could bench Ronaldo tomorrow and heaven wouldn't fall because they would still win the serie A. When the going is good, the coach can discipline any single player.

From grade school to the end of high school, seeing them mostly on the holidays as such. Now tell me how a child schooling in an Elitist English School will not be drilled on speaking the "Queen's English"? That coupled with peer pressure will rid them Of any trace remnants of the Asian accent they would have had.

They are not intimidated like you Nigerians, they didn't grow up in the Elitist English schools, they just went to study for maybe 2, 3, 4 years and that doesn't made them start changing their 'accent' to American. No one said they couldn't speak English.

Black Americans have suffered a lot of racism. They did not have rights until 1968. They still suffer from housing and economic segregations. Innocent blacks get shot and framed by the police.
