As a webmaster, you get regular calls and messages from friends, acquaintances and people you haven't necessarily met who consult you on issues and ask for instructions to solve their various problems.

Please at what point did you start charging such persons and use the opportunity to add some extra income.

This guys claim to have adsense for sale but in the real sense they actually have none.

They end selling you disabled adsense or adsense that doesn't work! And if you ask for a refund, your name nah sorry. You'll get blocked either way.

I've been a victim, and many others have also been scammed here and have failed to speak out, so this guys continue scamming.
