Health / Re: Masturbation: I Think I Have PE And ED, I'm Just 20 by Oyinda32(m): 6:53am On Jul 06, 2018
helppppp:
Hi everyone, I have to narrate my ordeal to you all. I'm really suffering here and I'm very sad at present. No one knows this cuz I'm always jovial. Seriously I suffer a lot!

I can't even recall when I started watching porn but this week will make a complete 2 years that I have been masturbating. I felt this kind of regret when it was a year too. Please help me, I don't want it to persist again. I don't want to continue with it.

It's even got to a stage that I get aroused to anything exposure about the female. Merely looking at boobs at times, I'd have to control myself. I can't even stand a TV soft sexual act, I'd definitely be aroused. I'm hating on myself!

Before, when I engage in this act, I used to last long a little time but nowadays, I can't even stay two seconds. All I need to hear is the voice of the porn star and I'm done. I know that means I've already developed premature ejaculation (PE) .. Another one I notice nowadays is that I don't get the full control of my joystick as before, it's still standing but I feel it's lost some strength. I feel I have developed erection dysfunction (ED) also and I have never had sex before. I don't my future wife to be depressed about me!

I'm gonna be 21 in August, I don't want this thing to remain with me please help.. I have already lost enough with it. My final year result was pure rubbish, I was only lucky to make a 2.1 cuz i had had good results already in the past. Lots of times I have also contemptlated suicide or harming myself in a way to end this but I won't do that ever.

Even being in my early twenties, I'm far from being broke but I've never had a girlfriend. Just help me please!

Hello brother, Your situation is not worst, there is solution. I'm currently conducting a study on erectile dysfunction for my masters programme and I can be of help by linking you to probable cure. You can reach me via my email @ oyindamorela@gmail.com we could start the conversation from there

PenPrince07:
Femi Fani-Kayode has alleged that members of the President Muhammadu Buhari-led cabinet behave like pimps and mafia dons.

He made the remark on Tuesday while reacting to Buhari’s comments over his (Buhari) age.

Buhari had on Monday admitted he did not know he was 75-years-old until he was told.

This has however not gone well with Fani-Kayode who has now labelled him, his cabinet and the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) as “lying fiends.”

“As President u claim that u cannot remember ur age. Next ur VP tells us that NNPC is not part of the Federal Government. What did we do to deserve these lying fiends and shady characters as leaders? They behave more like pimps, mafia dons and cult members than statesmen,” the ex-minister fondly called FFK tweeted.

Politics / Re: Fayose's Presidential Declaration Address/Speech (Full Text & Photos) by Oyinda32(m): 4:32pm On Sep 28, 2017
nwakibie3:
POLITICS – This is current Update as the Governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose, on Thursday, 28th September 2017, at the Golden Hall, Chelsea Hotel, Abuja, declared his intention to run for the presidency in 2019 general election. Here is his address to Nigerians in full.

Full text of the address delivered by His Excellency, Dr. Peter Ayodele Fayose, Governor of Ekiti State, on the occasion of his official declaration to contest the 2019 Presidential Election under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

I welcome you all to this historic event, which is landmark in the political landscape of our country, Nigeria.

My inviting you today, distinguished leaders of our party, is to inform you formally that I will be seeking the ticket of our great party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), to contest the 2019 presidential election. This is without prejudice to our party’s position.

However, I am a supporter of competence and capacity, especially now that this country needs young and able leaders that can take our country out of this present state of hopelessness.

Most importantly, despite that the party has zoned the presidency to the North, it may interest you that no one has come out in this manner to show interest and our party should not wait or beg anyone to fly its flag. Do we now say that if no one comes out from the North, the party won’t have a candidate?

Going down memory lane, in 1999 and 2003, despite that our party zoned the presidency to the South, the likes of Alhaji Abubakar Rimi of blessed memory and Chief Banabas Gemade contested the ticket.

Also in 2007, some party members from the South did not only declare their intention to contest, they also showed interest and obtained nomination Forms. Those from the South were; Chief Victor Attah, Dr. Peter Odili, Dr. Sam Egwu, Dr. Donald Duke, Dr. Chimaroke Nnamani, Owelle Rochas Okorocha among others.

This, in itself, assisted in deepening democracy.

Our party must not lose sight that Nigerians at this period are desirous of a President with demonstrated capacity to change their fortunes. Furthermore, we must be mindful of the fact that our party needs a candidate like me, with a penchant for defeating incumbents.

Twice, I defeated incumbents to become the Governor of Ekiti State and I am confident that with your support as my party leaders and supporters, I will defeat the incumbent President, Muhammadu Buhari, in a free and fair election.

Let me state that in Ekiti, God has used me twice for our party to regain power from the opposition and I believe same feat will be repeated at the national level.

I do not stand before Nigerians today to present myself as one with the answers to all our national questions. Rather, I present myself as one with the required knowledge, understanding, competence and, above all, the political will to coordinate the human and material resources that we have in abundance to achieve national greatness.

Having served successfully as governor twice in a state with very meagre resources, I have by this garnered enough experience over time to prepare me well enough for the task of leading our country.

By the grace of God, I am the longest-serving governor in Nigeria today, having served under three Presidents – Obasanjo, Jonathan, and now Buhari.

Therefore, I can say expressly that I am well equipped in terms of knowledge, experience as well as physical and mental capacities to hit the ground running as soon as I assume office as President of Nigeria in 2019.

Today, our country is faced with myriad of problems. Our economy that was the fastest-growing in Africa when our party was in power has gone comatose, with the present managers who are completely clueless.

Scarcity of food last experienced when President Buhari was Military Head of State between 1983 and 1985 has returned to the country, with Nigerians going to bed daily on empty stomach.

Regrettably, a bag of rice that was N7, 000 when PDP was in government is now N17, 000!

Allocation from the Federation Account to the three tiers of government has declined to such a level that most States can no longer carry out the basic obligation of paying workers’ salary.

Under the present government, our economy recorded its second worst investment inflow in 10 years. Exchange Rate that was N197/dollar in 2015 is now over N360/dollar.

In the area of security, which they leveraged on to come to power, despite claims by the government that Boko Haram was technically defeated; Nigerians are being killed by the insurgents while villages are being attacked in the North-East. Also, herdsmen are killing Nigerians and destroying farmlands with reckless abandon while kidnapping is now on the rise.

Most worrisome is the fact that our country is now more divided than ever before, with the unity of the country being threatened due to nepotism, religious bigotry and favouritism of the present government.

Unemployment has risen to an alarming level. Instead of creating three million jobs per year as promised, millions of jobs are being lost daily, with many companies folding up. This government has successfully wiped off the middle-class.

Like they lied to win election, the APC government of President Buhari has been deceitful for over two years and an end must come to this deceptive government by 2019.

My party leaders, standing before you is Peter (The Rock) Ayodele Fayose, the man already destined by God to take Nigeria out of the present political and economic stagnations.

You are all witnesses to my commitment to this party in this difficult period, where I have demonstrated uncommon courage that makes me stand out as capable of leading our country at this time.

Our economy will be revived and returned to the path of progress that it was before we had the misfortune of having these clueless people in power. We will ensure diversification of the economy through agriculture, adequate supply of power and massive industrialization, thereby creating employment for our youths. We can do it, and we will do it.

With me as your President, you can be rest assured of a government that will be responsive to your needs. You are guaranteed a federal government that will relate with all Nigerians not on the basis of ethnicity, religion, political affiliations and the percentage of votes but on equity and justice as citizens of one nation, one people, and one destiny.

In Ekiti State where I am presently the governor, our success story in education is there for all to see. Ekiti State was number 29th in 2014 NECO examinations but within two years, we were able to move the State to number one in 2016 and again in 2017.

Also in the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE), Ekiti State’s performance, which was 25 percent in 2014, moved to 74.86 percent in 2017.

We were able to revive this sector because we placed our teachers in the driver-seat of our policies. We will do the same at the national level because we are mindful of the fact that education is the bedrock of the development of any nation.

As a governor, I encouraged my children to attend schools here in Nigeria and I have never travelled abroad for Medicare. This, I hope to sustain as president of Nigeria by making sure that our schools and health facilities are of international standard.

Our justice system will be such that judges will not be molested and the common people of this country will see our courts as truly their last hope while our security system will make all Nigerians feel safe living in their own country.

Our fight against corruption will not be selective but total.

My party leaders, I present myself to you as the needed vehicle for our party to move back to the presidency. I am doing so because I am confident that with God and all of you behind me, we can do it, and we will do it.

Thanks and God bless.

I know Femi Fani Kayode would be there. That being said, those who understand politics and it's intrigues very well wilk.understand the game Fayose is playing. It's just a game of relevance. By this declaration, anybody that would be contesting as President under the Platform of PDP will most likely see Fayose as a person of reference during the election. He would play this card very well and will definitely make some money from coming aspirants.

Islam for Muslims / Re: Opposition To Sukuk: CAN Is Playing ‘dog In The Manger’ by Oyinda32(m): 9:27am On Sep 22, 2017
BeardedTraveler:
OPPOSITION TO SUKUK: CAN IS PLAYING ‘DOG IN THE MANGER’

The Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) issued a press statement yesterday to protest against the Federal Government’s first ever sukuk (noninterest lease assets facilities) which was announced last week. The statement which was dated 19th September, 2017 was signed by CAN’s General Secretary, Rev. Dr. Musa Asake.

The Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC) considers CAN’s position demeaning. It is not only infantile, petty and overbearing but also spiteful and egocentric.

Our position is based on the fact that CAN has all it needs in Nigeria today because the whole system is Christo-Western: education, the judicial system, the economy, everything. Muslims who were deprived of all their Islamic landmarks and ways of life by the colonialists are constrained to start the struggle all over again by demanding Shari’ah, use of hijab in schools, Islamic banks, sukuk, etc. It must be made clear ab initio that Nigerian Muslims had all these before the advent of the British colonialists who changed everything in favour of Christianity.

There is nothing the Muslims are demanding now that the Christians don’t have already on a platter of gold. It must also be stated that the Christians do not need the things that the Muslims are asking for. Why should somebody keep blocking his brother from getting his own share when he already has his own?

The fable of the dog in the manger is quite didactic in this regard. A British dog in the 13th century was fed with meat until its belly was full. Then the owner took hay (dry grass which only the horse needed and it is useless to the dog) and gave it to the horse. The dog had eaten and it was now the horse’s turn. Surprisingly, the dog started barking. It jumped on the hay and kept the horse at bay.

‘Dog in the manger’ has since become an English idiom. We must now ask CAN why it is playing dog in the manger. Shari‘ah is not for them but CAN screamed until the roofs nearly came down. OIC does not hurt any Christian but CAN shouted to high heavens. Hijab is for female Muslims alone but violent envy pushed CAN to shout itself hoarse. Islamic bank is for Muslims alone but CAN labeled it Islamisation of Nigeria. Can CAN give us a list of those who have been Islamised since Islamic banking started in the country? CAN leadership has become a professional false alarmist, a dog in the manger.

To reject the existence of sukuk pari passu with Islamic banking is like demanding that the agricultural sector should operate without bringing harvests to the markets or that hospitals should exist without pharmacies and laboratories. Having fought rigorously and bitterly against the establishment of the Islamic bank in Nigeria without success, our Christian neighbours seek to strangulate Islamic banks in the country.

We are constrained to ask, “How Christian is the Christian Association of Nigeria?” Every good Christian wants to be like Jesus and he turns this idea of emulating Jesus to a song. We have no doubt that CAN leaders also sing the song. But how sincere are they about emulating Jesus? Jesus says, “Love your neighbour according to thy self” (Mark 12:31) but CAN leaders do the exact opposite.

There are lots of good Christians in Nigeria and we interact very well but why must the petty ones always lead them? They are a belligerent lot, warlike and aggressive. Have they ever seen Muslims opposing a benefit going to Christians? We did not protest when you started going to Jerusalem even though we know that it is not mandatory for Christians. You enjoy Western banking system, Western education, common law, etc without any protest from us. Why is it that CAN always cries foul each time we seek parity?

CAN’s claim that sukuk is unconstitutional is false, baseless and misleading. How can laws made by the Federal Government be ultra vires? CAN is misleading Nigerian Christians. CAN should know what to do if it is unconstitutional. We challenge CAN to go to court today. It should not wait till tomorrow.

This was how CAN deceived Nigerians in 1999 when it said Shariah was unconstitutional and MURIC challenged it to go to court. They went to court of course but they beat a quick retreat. They withdrew the case when they found out the truth. But why heat up the polity all the time when you have the means of finding out the true status of sukuk? CAN likes making noise and we are enjoying our garrulous neighbour.

CAN calls sukuk a sectional religious financial policy but it forgets that the stock exchange has hitherto been monopolized by Christian-oriented bonds for decades and the Muslims did not complain for once. CAN loves to permanently marginalize Nigerian Muslims yet it is CAN that shouts ‘Islamisation’.

If it is true that sukuk implies Islamisation, then the stock exchange is imperialistic Christianisation. But almost the whole of Europe has embraced the sukuk industry. This includes France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Luxemburg and Britain. Paris EUROPLACE established sukuk as far back as 2007 and France has since established the Islamic Finance Commission. Germany issued its first sukuk in 2004. That was 13 years ago. Ireland’s sukuk assets amounted to 180 trillion euros by 2010. Luxemburg started using sukuk in 2002. Britain has been using Islamic banking since the 1990s and the Sanctuary Building Sukuk was launched in 2005. The United States Office of the Comptroller of the Currency recognized the ijarah and mubarahah more than 30 years ago! But has America been Islamised? According to Bloomberg LP, KFH Research, the global sukuk issuance as at 31st December 2013 was $135 billion but grew rapidly to $2.004 trillion by 2016.

These are verifiable facts if CAN would eschew its armchair leadership style. Even Google alone is enough but CAN leadership will not search. They are just interested in rabble-rousing and cantankerous razz-mataz. CAN should seek education. The Bible says “My people perish for lack of knowledge” (Hosea 4:6). CAN should stop misleading Nigerians and inciting Christians against their Muslim neighbours.

MURIC calls on Nigerian Christians to either ignore CAN or find out the truth by themselves each time CAN cries wolf. Afterall the Bible asks Christians to “Investigate everything but hold onto that which is the truth” (I Thessalonians 5:21). Don’t allow anybody to push you into violent behavior. Don’t allow anyone to make you hate your Muslim neighbour.

Let us eschew primordial sentiments. Sukuk is purely business. We advise Christians to take their destiny in their own hands instead of allowing warlike leaders to lead them into unnecessary confrontation with Muslims every time. We invite CAN leaders to eschew bitterness. We should be partners in lending the voice of reason to the national debate instead of constituting clerical nuisance to the Nigerian nation.

Before we round up, we advise CAN leadership to desist from giving religion a bad name. The word ‘religion’ is from the Latin word ‘religio’ meaning ‘to link’, ‘to tie’ or ‘to bind’. Therefore religion is about linking people together in love and sharing. It is not about dividing them. Religion is about love, forgiveness, tolerance, giving and taking. Let us be good examples for the young generation. Our constant bickering has led to too many religious crises. It has pushed our followers to the precipice of war and instigated them against one another. Why must we live together like two envious wives of the same husband when we should see ourselves as two sons of the same father? This is the etymological essence of religion.

Professor Ishaq Akintola,
President,
Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC)

It is so unfortunate that CAN love to play the victim card and whenever they criticised a system, they have never suggested a better alternative.

Evaberry:
very few men are victims of domestic violence. Women always bear the brunt of a man's anger

No matter what a woman says or does, a man should never hit her, a man is physically stronger than a woman so hitting her will inflict serious physical damage, whereas a woman may not cause any real harm to a man.

Op the husband in your write Up should have quietly left the compound and go relax somewhere until he was sure his wife had calmed down. when a woman is angry she throws all reason and caution to the wind, it therefore falls on the man to be understanding and reasonable

Engaging in a fisticuffs with a woman is wrong and should be condemned.

"No matter what a woman says or DOES" so if a woman, a suppose wife goes violent to the extent of hitting the husband with a metal object or stabbed him with a bottle, he should still keep quiet.? I have seen a woman, a suppose wife broke a bottle to stab her husband even when the man tried to avoid fight. In as much as I detest domestic violence in all ramifications, it is so pathetic that women always play the victim game and use their their feminity to gain sympathy.

Can a 2.40 second class lower graduate go for masters direct?

My brother 2.2 na 2.2 (Second class lower doesn't change). You will be admitted once you can prove yourself during the entrance examination. You can try University of Ibadan and I can assure you if you pass all the entrance examinations (English tesg and departmental exam), you will be admitted.

'Our Royal fathers are the custodians of our culture and tradition. I subscribe to the school of thought that gives absolute respect to the traditional institution, so I pay homage at every opportunity I get.

On Sunday 18th July, myself and our party (PDP) Elders, Leaders, Stakeholders and faithfuls paid a courtesy visit to the Emperor of Iwo Empire, Oba Abdul-Rasheed Akanbi Telu 1 in his palace in Iwo.

The war between Lekan Fatodu and Sowore Omoyele of Sahara Reporters isn’t ending soon, I guess. Lekan Fatodu, a journalist and PR consultant, this morning led hundreds of anti-fake news and anti-blackmail protesters to the newly opened office of Saharareporters, in Lagos.

Recall that the online medium's publisher, Sowore Omoyele, was arrested in January 2017 for ALLEGEDLY threatening Fatodu's life, criminal defamation and blackmail.

While addressing the crowd during the protest, Fatodu said it had become absolutely necessary to raise serious awareness on the danger of fake news which he said was not only bad for the health of the nation but also troubling for the well-being of the populace. More photos below…

Is it not Lekan? Unfortunately majority of the people he gathered has protesters might not eve know what Sahara reporter does, talk less of visiting the site.

Career / Re: Pay Structure of Most Nigerian companies as at February 2017 by Oyinda32(m): 12:33pm On May 24, 2017

Additional points to note

Listed figures are for professional, permanent staff, not contract staff or ETOPs (except otherwise stated).

Some figures represent net total with tax deductions, while some represent salary without tax deductions.

All values are for monthly pay (not annual).

Oil exploration companies pay at least N500,000 for entry level employees, while servicing companies pay at least N200,000.

Multinational oil companies pay according to global standards because their employees can be deployed to anywhere in the world. This explains why they pay the highest salaries.

Most bank employees don’t get to earn the figures listed because the figures are for professional staff, whereas 75% of bank staffs are contract staff who don’t earn up to one-third of the figures listed. So, don’t be surprised to know that most “bankers” don’t earn as much as the listed figures.

Aviation companies pay between N600,000 and N800,000.

Actual salaries may vary slightly depending on qualification and unit.

Most companies offering seemingly low salaries bolster their pay with juicy allowances.

Help us make this thread better

If you think some figures on this threas are wrong or outdated, kindly help us with the corrections (and provide proof!). Similarly, if you know the entry level salaries of some companies that are missing on this list, kindly let us know, and we’d be eager to add them to the list.
