Now let me also ask you corresponding question similar to those I highlighted:
Is Nairaland registered in Nigeria?
Is Facebook registered in Nigeria
Is TicTok registered in Nigeria?
Is Alibaba and Aliexpress registered in Nigeria?
There are thousands if not millions of website thar offer one service or the other to Nigerians and collect payments from Nigerians, how many of them are registered in Nigeria?

Binance was not the only website offering P2P service to Nigerians in the crypto space. There are others like OKX and Kucoin that still allow naira to be traded on their platform till this very second. Why is Ribabu not issuing warrant of arrest for all their executives?

So you see the issue is not with binance itself but with our laws. Instead of you to attack your legislative for doing nothing but approving budgets, allowances and constituency projects, instead of passing laws to regulate and tax internet companies doing business in with Nigerians, you are attacking Binance just taking advantage of Nigeria's lax laws.
like I said when I need to blame political class, I will and when I need to blame another set of people causing problems for Nigeria I will too.u choose to address some aspect of the discussion.i asked name a serious country that allow black market trading of it's currency .like I said earlier na only Nigeria dey allow nonsense happen over here.because majority of it's citizens just want want anything that will benefit them despite harming the system as long as they benefit from it.
Binance is culpable in the since that criminals starting from the political class to some others are using it's platform to swindle the country of forex.
Thanks for your honest analysis sir unlike the other person that was just using insulting words.

You just keep spewing bullshit. Where and when did binance fix price of naira?
P2P traders on binance sell their coins at the prevalent dollar rate, how is that the fault of binance?
Will anyone sell dollar at $1 to #1500 if the rate at the black market is $1 to #1000? Instead of asking your government to sit up you're joining them in their blame games

You say we hate progress but it's still us who force the government to, at least, attempt to perform. People like you just swallow every nonsense from them without thinking, and to you, that's how to be a good Nigerian.

Abeg shift!
be confusing urself.where did I mention Binance fixing naira even though I try not to be controversial Abt it.let me ask a simple yes or no question.is Binance legally registered in Nigeria ? And when you are done answering that one then ask urself again if it was in US they are unregistered entity what will be the penalty for operating with no registration.
Back to naira fixing .u brought up the issue of abokifx and I asked if it is a legal entity in Nigeria and if so are they paying tax .yes or no questions u are convulsing up n down.

Like I HV said, na Nigeria dey allow nonsense happen for over here.mention a serious country they allow black market sale of there currency if not in Nigeria.
When I see enemy of Nigeria speak I know one and when Govt is fucking up , we point it out too.ppl that were jubulating and telling people to illegally keep there dollars till naira get to 2500 or 3k/dollar can't be considered as a patriot.where things are working and done normally such people are tagged enemy of the Nation.

How exactly did Binance break the law in Nigeria? Tell me 1 and not the nonsense your government has been parroting.
In the case of USA, they have evidence that binance allowed people use crypto when they weren't allowed to, tell me what evidence or proof your government has. Instead of fixing the economy, they keep trading blame games. Same bullshit they did with AbokiFX, is what they're doing with Binance
Mr man back to same thing, where things are really working like US and even some places in South Africa, people like aboki Fx will pay through there nose because the Nigeria constitution didn't give them the permission to be given what price of naira or anything currency should be.only the CBN has that constitutional permission .Is abokifx paying tax if I may ask.
You guys just hate anything progress about your country.after una don spoil am u will travel outside the shores of Nigeria and quickly abide by all the rules and regulations of such country because everyone knows anyone can do anything in Nigeria and go free unpunished. All the anyhow attitude definitely is what is pushing Nigeria backward

This imp of El-Rufai's son should be tamed on time before he goes haywire. If I was the Governor, I would order his arrest for him to go to prison on behalf of his father. The Governor was narrating the ordeals perpetrated by his father against the entire state and the spoilt brat is talking back at him.
lol if actually there was an ordeal then Uba sanni was part of the perpetrator please.loan were not just taken without approval in most case from the senate.or we can say he was doing that just to be governor too.Shehu Sanni was vocal against taking loan and ensure the Senate reject most of the El Rufai loan request. He want to be governor so he was lobbying the Senate to approve such loan just to seek favor from his predecessor. He should do the needful instead of complaining abeg.

For those asking, here is a link to CBN's quarterly reports which includes foreign exchange inflows:

https://www.cbn.gov.ng/documents/quarterlyecoreports.asp

You can see that even before Tinubu took over office, in the first quarter of 2023, Nigeria earned $7.2 Billion USD in that quarter, which is an about $2.4 Billion USD monthly.
you should be comparing it with when he took over and the naira was fast loosing it value and ppl prefer to keep there dollars to see to what extent the naira devaluation will go.my honest view

Politics / Re: That Allen Is "Cornfused" About N200K Vs £2000 by ozo13(m): 6:44pm On Mar 28
Validated:
Truth is if you earn £11 44 per hour, you are on minimum wage in UK, so for a month, you will earn minimum £2013.44. In Nigeria, earning N200K is like middle class. However, to help us understand how confused Allen Onyeana is, follow me on this trip.

Let us assume that you truly earn N200K (net).
Because you are really frugal and a good economist without dependents.
You will need to pay at least N30k a month for PHCH and N20k to fuel generator (a necessary evil), transport yourself for N25K, feed with N50k (you cook all your meals). Security N15k, toiletries N10K (poor man style), etc, You buy data and phone N20k. You have no girlfriend, nobody to flex with. Your rent is N50k a month
(assuming you live in a small apartment where you pay N600,000 a year).
You are already broke before month end and owing mama put self for office. No savings, so you never fall sick otherwise you will die.

Flip to the guy in UK. He earns £2K (net). Rent for a good small apartment (self contained) £800 (all utilities included), Feeding £300 (eat a like a whale), monthly bus/train pass is about £95, so we assume £100. Unlimited data plan £25 a month, toiletries £50. Others unknown £225

The man in UK can afford to save £500 (N900K), and can send £100 home to his village people, while his counterparts in Nigeria is barely surviving and may soon die of malaria attack.

Argue with your keyboard

baba no body earn 200k and use 30k to pay PHCN.even the whole of my compound isnt paying up to 15k.
Secondly no one earn 200k and use 50k a month to pay house rent

I only have problem with you because you singled out northerners and APC supporters in the last sentence. Like I told another miscreant from the south on another thread fee days ago, I will tell you too. That you guys focused too much on others that you totally forgot to look inwards like everything is okay with you and your decision.
The first governor to come under attacks for spending billion of naira on food in the government house within just three months was Otti, the only LP gov.
LP lawmakers received foreign new cars worth over 130 million naira each just like other politicians.
LP lawmakers are part of budget padding for streetlights and boreholes that will cost up to 184 million naira per each.
u can add that Abia state is yet to implement the 30k minimum wage.competing with state like kebbi.

It is better that he is dead or dies instead of that organ transplant that they're planning to do.

These guys eat anyhow. You'd see them down lots of sugar, alcohol in movies. Who knows how much they take behind the scenes?

Great you understand me. I'm talking about $1500, that's about #2.1million. Yes I was mad and frustrated but why should I send her out that time of the night. This is my regret.
its somehow Sha since u both agreed on what she was coming to do according to your story.we can say she just want to keep spending ur money which in my own opinion plenty ladies will do while keeping her man somewhere else or acting good.
You can apologize to her on the part of asking her to leave without giving her T-fare and sending her out late at night.Let her apologize too for giving you a false hope only to come to your place eat ur money and started forming something else.
If a girl want to be decent, she should stay in her house instead of going to a guy place to eat free food and also collecting free money then start acting up.most time I don't see such lady as bn decent I see them as bn opportunistic .
Just watch what the same ladies will tell you if say she lost 20k naira and you only choose to console her with prayers for God to replace the money for her.she will see you as an unserious man or unromantic for telling her such.
Another point to look at from may be that you were not patient with her.
Lastly you are a good man with conscience for even thinking or asking yourself if what you had done to her was good or bad.plenty guys no go send them ooo.
Just apologize to her and cheer urself up.then come back after a few week and tell me her response.she will appreciate you the more because she actually was the cause of the whole issue.lastly when she comes back to you Dont forget to define the kind of friendship you want with her . Speaking from my experience with a lady that help me spend the little resources I have while keeping her own and she didn't bother to start f*cking my colleague when she had the opportunity and guy man even record am when she dey talk how she miss the guy and how she is using di*do to service herself.no dey disturb yourself because of women matter oo my guy grin
