His interview with Arise I think yesterday again.fast forward it to the 10th minute he said something about budget padding and some other stuffs there then come back here and tell me weather The senator is sincere Abt all the allegations or he just want to codedly institute some funny may be impeachment drive.Imagine a senator saying he doesn't know about the 1.2 trillion they the senator added to the budget and you want me to take such a man serious.like I said I don't do emotions I do merit.Am not even saying Akpabio is innocent or not.Almost all are culprits the way they pad budget and such money end up in there pockets like I earlier said. Why is Ningi just coming out now in a budget he himself illegally will receive 500M naira

There's nothing good coming out of this administration. It's still business as usual.

Whenever we're ready to progress as a nation, we'll know. But for now, let all enjoy the rollercoaster 🎢 while it last.

I've never seen a nation so confused, wasteful, unserious, etc as Nigeria and we think we can progress as a nation.

I read in the news where Sokoto State government is to spend 6.7bn naira on Ramadan feeding. Amongst all the pressing challenges, na Ramadan be Sokoto State government problem.

Did Senator Ningi lie ?

Are the senators ready to deny getting 500 million for constituency projects ?

Are we fighting corruption with corrupt legislators ?

Who investigates the senators ? Our corruption agencies need to be multi-party !

EFCC should have PDP Interests, APC and Labor party Interests as well.

This one party senate for 8 years, are looting and embezzling more than anything else, without any checks and balances ?

Senator Mendez was found to be corrupt in New jersey USA, and will go to trial.

Nigerian senators breed and feed corruption as untouchables. This has to change. Senaor Ningi should be called back immediately.

A multi-party investigation should be carried out.

You cannot suspend someone because he accused you of corruption, thats Kangaroo politics.
I wouldn't know wat his intentions were but he denied the budget padding stuff when he was given opportunity to defend himself in the red chamber. He said he never talked about budget padding and Also deny saying the presidency is operating 2 budgets. He look like someone that isn't sure of himself or He was planning a coup he was accused of.most of the things he denied at the plenary today was actually what he said during that Hausa interview atleast I understand small Hausa nah.Senator wanted to use ethnic card to pave way for maybe Akpabio impeachment.Na them Sabi.most of the senators are just after there own pocket and only complain when the sharing formula isn't in there favor.

despite all the feeding and nonsense spending, go to there hospitals at the end of the program and you will still see malnourish children in paediatric ward.who is deceiving who.

Will this really solve the japa syndrome??

They'll simply resign & leave the system!!!

As a matter of fact, this policy will only end up stopping the very few that genuinely intend returning.

Instead of the government to address the main issues pushing the health workers away (which mainly bothers around remuneration & welfare), they keep beating round the bush & embarrassing themselves with archaic & not well thought out policies.
Baba I don't want to believe the intention of majority of the people using the leave of absence are good, it just a plan B most of them are using it as.why will someone knowing fully well he or she might not likely come back but prefer to secure the slot and make others that decide to stay back suffer.
I even heard some are still earning salaries and do come for promotion exercise and right in the person mind he/she knows she is shortchanging the system but since it brings money to his/her pockets they don't mind even if the country will suffer for it.Na only Nigeria dey allow this kind rubbish.Until we all change our ways to make Nigeria work it will never work.
Lastly you mentioned about remuneration to keep people, you and I know it can't keep people back or it can just solve say 1% of the problem. There is no amount that can be enough to keep most ppl back in the country.Even Nigeria doesn't have that financial muscle to compete with where (US/UK/Canada and others ) people are Japaing to .To bring home this my statement you will notice that the UK most of our guys run to There own citizens are also looking towards Canada and Australia grin as the pay is far much better there.Aside the political class that are the major problem of this country, the way Nigerians behave also contribute.
The truth of the whole thing is for people to be honorable when they are leaving not using one leave of absence to pile up pressure on the people that are working back in the country. Thanks

so if Nigeria refused to honor it agreement with soviet union in peace time as a result of meddlesomeness of western powers 50 years ago what assurance do we have that they will honor an agreement with Russia today that there is global crisis between the western world and Russia in Ukraine with each threatening to use nuclear weapons.

Even after the failure of our own steel success, The Russians were in India to help them build there own steel industry that India is now able to produce cars and the likes.i wish I can contact you to share a document to you

I believe you are a fine guy and you appear successful but pls be wise o, you may be on your right to go ahead with using legal actions against the husband but pls sir as a single guy you are quite a very ignorant person.... with all the sexcapades gist on the internet involving neighbours and such. Not every good deed is a favor, some do it to gain access to you.

LEARN TO READ YOUR ENVIRONMENT.... e get why o.

Is it that you don't know how to clean your own surroundings? or how to not answer when they come knocking? or how to end unnecessary conversations?

BECAUSE, AT THE END OF THE DAY, YOU WILL BE BLAMED.......... This is why most landlords do not like to give SINGLE FOLKS a chance to rent their house because of avoidable nonsense like these.

Is ANY HELP FOR FREE IN NIGERIA? Didnt you see the signs........ you just FELT they were being NICE? Nice? in this country? Pls have more wisdom next time, any married woman whose husband is not always available for her, is a walking risk. YOU HAVE TO BE CAREFUL....

It may be wise to get a GIRLFRIEND or your sister or someone whom everyone can see with you and they will have to back off.

or, you can as well move out of the house.

or go and get married.

Another one that works is GETTING A RING.... wear it when you are about entering the house or going out... or when you have to engage anyone there in conversations... if they ask, say you are married and she is a daughter of the native herbalist in your village, that she will soon come grin grin grin grin (sounds like joke but it works o) WATCH HOW YOU WILL BE AVOIDED....

But remember, the MORE YOU TRY TO EXPLAIN YOURSELF OUT OF SUCH STICKY SITUATIONS WITHOUT EVIDENCE..... the more guilty and unbelieved you will be in the eyes and ears of everyone.

words of wisdom.
ALWAYS AVOID MARRIED WOMEN LIKE PLAGUE AS MUCH AS ONE CAN ESPECIALLY THOSE THE HUSBANDS ARE NOT AROUND.SOME OF THEM GIVE THEMSELVES OUT FREELY ESPECIALLY AT WORK (OFFICE) PLACES

If na one unarmed civilian do something now, this man and five other officers will gallantly rain bullets unnecessarily. A faulty korokpe being pushed by the passengers didn't stop immediately as the driver trying to start the vehicle begged the police officers at a checkpoint along a sloppy road. The driver was waving at them and the police officers themselves could see young passengers pushing the korokpe while aged passengers were walking slowly. But one police officer released 3 bullets because of the incident. The officer released 1 bullet and the driver stopped immediately by applying brake. When the bus has completely stopped, the officer released 2 more bullets. But guess what! I heard that officers at the same checkpoint (maybe they are the same group that released the 3 bullets) scampered away the day kidnappers attacked travellers on the same route. I heard forest guards were the ones that came from a-bit-far distance and rescued the travelers.
during my IJMB days in Osara in kogi 2004 precisely, we heard of arm robbery case close to the village and I was walking behind I think 3 or 4 police officers and before I could realize what was going on them don enter Bush. grin
