However, like the criminals and office bandits that they are, they failed to agree on the sharing formular of the national loot that will be siphoned via that office, so the COS decided to 'scatter' everything..

Foreign Affairs › Re: “I Lost My Money, Wife & Son” – Nigerian Evacuees Reveal South Africa Horror by ozo13(m): 10:03am On Jul 02 |
Mathewrichard99: South Africa has effectively functioned as a shock absorber for the rest of the continents, a spare tyre other African nations could lean on whenever decades of poor leadership pushed their citizens to flee. Since apartheid ended, that role has meant absorbing a steady, largely unregulated flow of migrants from countries whose governments failed to provide security, jobs, or basic services at home.
The problem is that this absorption has come at a cost the South African state never really budgeted for. Infrastructure built for a smaller population, housing, clinics, schools, electricity, water, is now stretched past its limits, and ordinary South Africans are the ones feeling the strain in longer queues, higher competition for scarce jobs, and crumbling services. That's arguably the real engine behind the anger and the xenophobic backlash: it's less about hostility to fellow Africans in the abstract and more about a population that feels it has been carrying a continental burden alone, with no relief and no acknowledgment. The demand, then, isn't really "leave and disappear" , it's "go fix your own house." The underlying argument is that migrants would be better served putting that same energy, skill, and labor into pressuring their own governments for accountability, rather than exporting the problem southward indefinitely. In that view, the sustainable fix isn't tighter borders in South Africa alone , it's functional states elsewhere on the continent, so people have a reason to stay and build rather than leave and survive. That's more of the reasons that migrants are frequently scapegoated for problems such as, unemployment, crime, service delivery failures , that are substantially rooted in South Africa's own domestic policy choices and inequality legacy, not migration levels. Xenophobic violence has killed and displaced people, including migrants with legal status and even South African citizens mistaken for foreigners, which is a harder thing to justify as pure economic frustration. nicely written

henrybomb: It is all shades of wrong In the real sense can that amount even start any business in Nigeria?
It shows that most of our leaders are really far from us and don’t even know what is going on out there or prolly pretend to deliberately leave people in their current situation. this stuffs are opinionated Sha in my own view.i watch another video clip yesterday where in the video a women said she was given 12k by her husband some years ago to start same akara business and to the glory of God they built there house and also trained her kids from proceed of the business. The wife of the president was just advising them on making good use of the money. Make Dem no go use chop sharwama or Chicken May God not allow us enter financial difficulties brother, it's difficult out there to even see close family members give out cash, shame go even dey ma sef to ask them for money in the first place. I no feel Tinubu govt because that reform they made, only political class in my own view are benefitting from it. They are sharing a lot of money as FAAC now and noting significant on ground to show for it.also what my one month salary could buy 8yrs ago , may be I will need like 1 and a half month of my current salary to buy same thing despite all the promotion and work experience. May God help us. |

henrybomb: Please try to space out your sentences properly so we can read it very well.
Back to the subject matter Have you asked yourself how profitable akara, kulikuli or roasted corn is? Everything is expensive from the gas, shop or space, groundnut oil and other things to use.
It is not all about all this Queen’s English you are dishing out and you instantly marred everything by putting China in the conversation lol….I rest my case if I understand the topic well.the first lady said some women received 50k and above grants not even loan .she now advised they make use of that amount to start a business like akara , kuki kuli business. In my own opinion, I don't think anything is wrong with that. I saw another video yesterday , where Peter Obi himself narrated how he encouraged 10 market women with 10k grants each to support their businesses. na when person dey financially down, it will be dawn on them to see someone to uplift you with 20/30k in this country no easy not even from political class that are very rich. |

E be like say we need to give obi chance too ooo.or na so so hope we go dey chop for Tinubu tenure after baba Buhari promised us hope too during his tenure. For the past 3/4 month Iran and US has been fighting, the money that came into the country was so so huge .we suffered the consequences of the war viz viz fuel price increase, transportation fare increase and increase in other goods and services but the more money they got from the crude they sold, it didn't benefit the mass but only the political class of which president Tinubu is their leader.at this juncture, I don't think Tinubu should continue again.let obi try his best too |
