This is their way of telling you that they are behind schedule with your visa application but they are still working on it and will get back to you when they are done. Just be patient and you will hear from them soon.

For the Victoria Island center, yes. Ikeja and Abuja have no extra fee.

Please is there a current 55pounds payment for ukvi service fee? When I booked my mum's apot earlier this year on tls contact I didn't see any such fee. Can someone please confirm this.

Thanks for your response, so rather than applying for 6months I should just go ahead and apply for 2years. Do you have any instance where the person was given 2years as first visa issuance?. I'm sorry for the questions I just want to be double sure,so my money doesn't go to waste.

Good morning,

I was refused UK visa in 2013,but currently have 2 expired US visas, 5 expired schengen visas, 1 current 5year US visa, 1 current 4years Canadian visa. Is it safe to apply for two years? Since it would be my first UK issued visa.

I noticed you applied from Nigeria, did you use any lawyer? What's the process like from Nigeria. I have 10years lab work experience, but no publications or research. Am I qualified to apply for this visa.

Hiii....I'm new to this infact just heard about it last week. I have 10years work experience in a laboratory,Msc in public health however I don't practice public health. I currently work in a lab here I Nigeria. I've attended conferences abroad and I'm don't have certifications . How do I proceed with this pathway.

Yes, it expires a day before my passport expiry date.

First time visit. Used the old portal.

All previous and current visas.(2 US visas, several schengen visas) including entry and exit stamps .
Hotel reservation
Employment letter
Salary slips(6months)
Work ID card.
Statement of acct
That's basically all I submitted.

Thank you. First time applying to Canada, no relative. However 2 US visas,1 current, 1 expired. Several schengen visas. I used the old portal .

Definitely, I know. I just want to confirm those that applied in December 2022 and January 2023 only. I want to know if IRCC have replied them all or some are still waiting for response.

I applied in December, biometrics 23rd December, I have received my passport with 4yrs visit visa already

Processing time is now 347 days for applicants from Nigeria. It's now obvious that these people are intentionally doing this thing.

Mine took less than 3weeks ,public holidays and weekends inclusive. Processing time differs

I used the old portal, did biometrics 23rd December, ppr 18th January. I don't think there's any need .

That's not correct, Vfs still do walk in passport submission. I submitted mine days ago, and paid 10,940. No appointment needed. 8am to 10am daily.

Is your passport ready for Collection now?

Not sure but mine took 19 working days, including the days I went to VFS to submit and to pick up. (I didn't count weekends and public holidays.)

Read past two pages and you will see the Q & A about submitting in the USA.
