I paid 270k for a U151E, they ripped it from one 2GF engine (07 Avalon) took it from Ladipo to Bode thomas, the mechanic guy that was recommended by the seller mounted it in 2 days, 3rd day he started it, after doing some wiring stuffs and changing the brainbox he ran the car for abt 15 mins till it gets hot and stopped engaging. cut long story short we returned it... now we got another one after adding 70k to the outstanding 270k because the seller couldn't bear the loss alone, we agreed on taking another gear, now its in the mech's workshop. I hope this one works because the seller assured the only problem with this one we are taking now is the pump, all we need to do is replace the bad pump, take it out of the first one and put it in this one that needs pump replacement.


I just hope it works out tomorrow, otherwise, am still in the market for a U151E tranny.

Sir, help, I have replaced 3 gears in 2 weeks, 13 pin gears for 07 Toyota Avalon, I dont want to go into how I got into this mess but I'll appreciate if anybody can get me out of it fast.

I need 13pin gearbox for 07 Toyota Avalon.. and please if you have any idea on the price, it will help also... I've tried the few dealers I know in Ladipo, but all they stock is faulty transmission, I have changed 3 diff gearboxes bought from Ladipo in 2 weeks, none of them works after mounting.


I need a reliable source, someone who's sure of what he's selling.
