Please how did you find your spouse?

I had no women growing up and even in uni, even when I had a few admirers. I was consumed in studies and making money, hence had no time for myself. Sex was no problem though.


By the grace of God, I am reasonably comfortable now but don't just know how to go about getting a wife.

Note that I said a wife. I can easily get flings. Approaching women is not the issue but I am always moving about from one state to the other, so it contributed to my avoiding commitments.


Now i feel like I need someone special. I haven't found interest in anyone in facebook matchmaking groups.

You will not make a good husband. You are already used to "use and dump". You can never be faithful to your partner no be say na curse. Don't bother looking for a special someone to cheat on. Leave people's daughters alone.

My family has become very worried because our 2 year old (27 months) son doesn't talk yet and doesn't seem interested in making effort to talk.

The only word he says almost correctly is BYE whenever someone is leaving the house. However he has his own version of 'daddy' (ampu) & 'mommy' (mei).

He is smart however, but just not interested in talking and sometimes it appears he does not understand when you give him instructions, other times he'd do exactly what you ask him to do. He plays well with his older siblings who started talking well before 2.

We have ruled out hearing issues as he seems to hear when music or sounds he likes come on tv, he would start dancing to music he likes even if he's not seeing the TV.

Has anyone here had experience like this? Should we be more worried? What can we do to help our son start talking.

Your child might just be introverted. Happened with a friends child. Try going to the hospital. That way you know what the issue might be if there is any.

I am a wedding planner by choice. It started out as a passion now I do it full-time. Most times I just see people who should be investing in their future spend all their lives savings on a wedding. When you try to be the voice of reason. They tell you "I am getting married just once" or " I just want to satisfy XYZ" . If you earn say #100k a month and spend 2.5m on your wedding then you have spent your salary for two years plus on a one day or at most two days event.

Sometimes some couples contact me to plan or decorate their wedding they say it's a budget wedding but they won't cut their cloth according to their cloth. Or tell themselves the truth. Let me give you some pointers to help with planning. The easiest way to reduce a wedding budget is to cut down your guest list and have a trictly by IV wedding. You would offend people but we can not please everyone even if you try. Dear Bride and Groom please invest in your future together. God bless you.
