Yes but the problem you might will be at POE. Let's say the visa comes out when your September program has started. What do you do? What do you explain to them at POE that you are coming in after your program has started.
Ask your school if your program can be started online pending when you get approval. With this you have plausible explanation to give the immigration guys at POE. Then also, you still have the option of continuing the current program or switching to the January intake which might not be necessary.

please which of the uk schools is quick at giving their unconditional offer. my brother has been applying, each time the scholls comeback to say deadline is passed and he missed the january stream. needs a school that their admission process is quick. he is still awaiting response from some of the schools applied. he doesnt just want to risk the wait and be told that admissions are now closed for either mid year or sept 2023. please recommend schools that give quick admission turn around time or if they do it through their nigerian reps.

Jan 27 (Reuters) - The British government is looking at plans to allow foreign students to work longer hours to boost the economy by plugging vacancies, The Times reported on Thursday.

Ministers are looking at ways to encourage British and overseas students to take more part-time jobs to deal with shortages in areas such as hospitality and retail, the report said, citing government sources.

Discussions have begun within the government about either raising the cap on paid work hours on foreign students to 30 hours per week from 20 hours currently or removing it entirely, the report added.

Government sources told The Times that ministers were looking at "what more we can do to remove barriers and encourage students to work" and lifting the cap on foreign students' hours was "part of a swathe of ideas being considered".

The idea is at an early stage and has yet to be agreed across government, the report said.

The plans come amidst Britain's Home Secretary Suella Braverman's proposals to reduce illegal migration in the country.

My name is demmy and I applied for a Canadian study permit using an agent. I would have applied my self but because I did my USA travel plans and was denied,so I felt if I use an agent it will necessarily be okay coupled with the fact that when it’s get to providing a bank statement an agent could get that easily. So I took the risk.
I got the admission, paid the deposited money which is $7900. Because I was applying for a Masters in business administration, the school said I have to do an introductory class for 3months which ended this December and of course I participated because my agent said my application is still under review.
I was hoping and praying it will pull through by January (which I now know I should have deferred)
Now the problem is:
Unknown to me that my visa has been denied since June and I submitted my application march and I the applicant just find out yesterday and I wouldn’t have found out if I hadn’t threatened him to give him my password and username for the Canadian website it’s has been a shocker to the extend I contemplated suicide. What can I do please? I’m at a cross road
