So now 2 countries have confirmed that the K1 is exempt from the ban.

I just called customer service agent, the lady said she can't say if K1 visa is affected by the visa ban because K1 is not an immigrant visa neither is it a full non-immigrant visa, but what she called "Special Non- Immigrant Visa", she said that i should visit the US Embassy in Lagos for clarification

my noa2 have approved in 7 days ago, what chances do I have to get my Visa to be approved as immigrate. Second question we they stop the process or continue the processing because of the ban?

My us k1 visa was denied under Section 212(a)(5)(A), when I asked the consular officer for the specific reason for the denial he didn't tell me, however he told me to get an immigration lawyer, what can I do, can I reapply for a new interview ?
