Nigerians r dumb, like dumb... what's d point rushing to full tank? Either they price stays or not, pms will not b scares, but we r just use to suffer head.
I don't think it's naija thing alone, humans by default will often panic buy when there's imminent increase in price or shortage of essentials

I understand boss but the point I am trying to make is I am not using AC basically because of the rider, besides the difference is not even significant unless there's an issue with car.
I believe driving with windows down at 50MPH and above is much harder on fuel economy due to aerodynamic drag. Just as you said, the difference with AC on is always almost insignificant if everything checks well with the car

Na u sabi
Na u get your mouth
Talk as you want
Me I'm moving "higher higher"

See angryibodon now is coming out to give advice from his failure, I just look at him and laugh. grin

He probably may have lost it all these years of driving.

See this racket enh any man that don't have discipline, not just in saving now ooh but in all aspect, such a man will never make it in life. if you like travel abroad or get all the contracts in Nigeria only discipline will make you prosperous aside God.

I can't count the numbers of times all those Lekki runs girls we normally drop of on Saturdays morning at their cubicles have pretended to be drunk by calling me baby, come let's go inside na, come spend some time inside na, I've a drink to share with you but it inside and all sorts, but me i know its part of their professional tricks to sell out their market to naive drivers and then let go of their 4k,3k, 5k and more.

In my mind I'll say, that your p***y wey one guy don scatter finish, abi d one you do last night never reach?

A guy saw me driving out after dropping off two of them one morning and he stopped me and was like, ha! Baba you quick ooh and I was like, quick how na? He said, "all d uber drivers that have brought those girls home have spent nothing short of 45min/1hr b4 driving out". I just laughed and drove off. I know pope191, tojah and mrmaydee can relate grin

So you see? These are some of the reason to why many Uber drivers failed that even after driving for many years yet they can't point out a single achievement.

This Will be I'll say my 8-10months of active driving and I can boost of at least something from the job, take for an instance I was able to renew my 3bed apartment in Abule Egba Jibowu(Beckley) and also pay my bills and take care of my family well. If you think houses are cheap in this side of Lagos i just mentioned just ask ogataxi I think he's into real estate now he would tell you. I get all these money from the job and even I'm on rental and I can beat my chest I've never defaulted in my rental fee not for a day let alone a week. You can ask dru23 who is an active member here.

All of these from rental how much more I'd have my own car, I believe myself and my whole trust in God that I would have also been an associate One of here who showed us his house which is in the last stage of completion, a product of the hustle.

How about those that have travelled out of the country courtesy to the hustle as well. Many have saved money and moved out of their parents houses to become fathers, many further their education all with the income from this hustle.

I can go on and oh... The list will never be complete.

So I see no sense in how some persons would just sit back and after several months of coming back to the thread all he (angryibodon) has to advice is people should quite the driving hustle as if he has a contract or a better offer for them. Oya na since I listed the things I can do comfortably to him I've never seen a DM or are you expecting me to still DM you after I've tild you what and what I can do? Nbanu!

Oooh! I get it now, let's quite to create a mad surge so he and his village brothers will cash out in a week to buy a new corolla since his current car is dead. This guy you're smart.
Too much sense.. Respect boss

Bros drivers don’t read on this thread. Nigerians generally don’t read. I learnt so much from this thread and still learning.
If drivers truly read here they won’t be asking the same questions or getting into trouble at locations highlighted here as danger zone.
I learnt more from d old drivers Romeo set now na gbas gbos plenty pass
There was a day I got request from Uber n bolt , was heading to pick Uber rider when bolt entered and will favor me more than Uber. Straight away Romeo tactics came to my mind cos he has described this exact scenario in his dairy

No one said that is okay.
Oga I'm a prospective driver on e-hailing and I can't even imagine being cheated when I eventually get started. As you seem to be more concerned about protecting the identity of a thief/ criminal, have you asked yourself how many uber drivers she must have played the same trick on? This is people's sweat and hustle we're talking about, not some loan aggrements. I still believe this is the most practical and logical and effective ways to get those thieves to pay, so long death threats aren't involved, then no one is breaking any law

I don't know how the ehailing platform works but I believe they might have a provision for when riders refuse to pay and they obviously won't advice drivers to go put up picture on the internet
a

But it is okay when a rider video records the driver and even go as far as putting it on social platforms just to get cheap attention for things they could have let slide!

We are upgrading our loyal driver to a tokunbo Civic sir ...

This driver is not only a family man ,but a hard working honest man .. He has been with us for about 5 months now .. He has never miss a payment or complain about winter.. so we decided to reward him for his hard work ..

I will be posting the Elantra 2008 soon .. The driver has so busy to even pick up the tokunbo civic .. He said this winter is very busy for him ... We are just waiting for him to drop the car so that we can post it for sell....

Ps .. Below is the civic bear with us with the pictures ..this is the best picture..... We replace the transmission did minor body work , oil change, brakes , add fresh Preston coolant ,

And the most important thing with Honda transmission is to use manufacture recommded fluid at all times .. It took 3 days to replace the transmission.. It is a lot of work .......
Hello sir, I've been tagging along on this thread for a little while now and to be honest it's been a great experience all the way. I'm looking forward to joining the e-hailing hustle soon (NOTE: I have no prior knowledge of owning or maintaining a car) reason I need your Input on key decisions as I'm considering a Honda civic for the job. I'll be glad if with your permission I'm allowed to have your email for easier communication.. Thank you sir
