if it were a common man, would the judge make such request?
I pity anybody who trusts this government, for all I know, the dasuki, judges, obanikoro, diezani, saraki and other high profile cases will yield ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
Stupid government telling us how people who embezzles public funds are returning the money, does that now make them innocent?

Busy telling us how they tracked so so so billion and trillion, yet nothing.
If a hungry woman steals maggi, her pictures will be all over the internet, and she will be sentenced to 10yrs. But, the deceptive and weak government are busy shielding and protecting the identity of those Qho returned the phantom money. Why, because they are cooperating, quite laughable.

Wake me up when this government secures any high profile conviction.
I'm telling you my brother.Completely useless government. angry

They gave their lives in service to country- we appreciate their sacrifice.

I hope the enemies of this country would be happy with this since they've been posting things like "I feel so excited whenever I hear a Nigerian soldier is killed by Boko Haram".

May their souls rest in peace- amen.
So why did the Nigerian Army denied it in the first place?

"The hope that the current administration of President Muhammadu Buhari is the one to rid Nigeria of corruption is fading by the day as a serving minister and change agent Okeychukwu Enelamah has been indicted in a fraudulent $13.92 billion forex deal." It's only the herded ones that still believe in this administration that was founded, nurtured & is still being sustained on corruption. So this administration is corruption personified.

Politics › Re: President Buhari Seeks NASS Approval To Borrow $30bn Loan by Paperwhite(m): 4:38am On Oct 26, 2016
Jeez! This is the highest form of the "grand heist" as someone rightly talked about in another thread. For God's sake, what have Nigeria done to itself to deserve this worst form of government? The 2016 budget of scam have not even attained 10% implementation with no capital project executed yet.Meanwhile, staggering amount of monies have earlier been borrowed & alleged to have been recovered from the IGR & antigraft war. So what has became of all that? Then now this borrowing again? Nigeria is in for it.Unfortunately the NASS is never up to it constitutional responsibility. There is need for a revolution in Nigeria.

PapaBrowne:
The biggest heist ever in the history of Nigeria is probably happening under this regime.

There has been no subsidy for almost 1 year. So what has happened to all the subsidy savings?

This government has borrowed 2.2 trillion naira in the last 1 year. For what??

What has happened to the monies(3 trillion) locked down in the TSA?

I am genuinely afraid that the biggest heist in the history o Nigeria is probably happening right under our noses covered up by the anti corruption slogan.
You just hit the nail on the head.

That must have been looted. huh What about the recovered loots that Lai Mu'hmmed kept brain washing the gullible populace? Can't the presidency explain to Nigerians what is going on or the NASS should never accent to this fraudulent request.I give up on this country.

I didn't hear mumu MURIC when Bubu appointed the heads of security and paramilitary agencies that have 90% of them headed by Muslims. Very useless people! This MURIC body have really been a nuisance I tend to wonder how this slowpoke became a Prof.& who awarded him same.He is always championing useless causes.Where was MURIC when the President was doing his selective Muslim appointments? Since inception, the NDA have been bias as the highest cadet intake is always tilted towards the predominantly core north Muslims.Only few northern Christian minorities whose names have arabic/Islamic intonations easily make the list. Here we are now again with this fanatic group whipping up religious sentiments. What really do we want in Nigeria? To always sacrifice ethnic, regional, religious, mediocrity or sentiments for merits? This is the type of system that gave Nigeria a clueless & certificateless illiterate president that have dragged us back to the premedivial times. What a country. cry cry cry
Education › MURIC Critizes NDA Admission Procedure by Paperwhite(op):
The Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC) has lamented what it termed the lopsided recruitments, recently made into the Nigeria Defence Academy (NDA), Kaduna.

Director of the organisation, Prof. Ishaq Akintola in a statement on Monday claimed that the figures listed, particularly for states with Muslim majority population, revealed shocking lopsidedness in the recruitments, as contained in the list of successful candidates in the 65th Regular intake.

He said the list showed that more Christians were picked in Muslim majority states in the North, citing examples including where only five Muslims were picked in Borno state as against eight Christians, only four Muslims picked in Gombe as against ten Christians, while only three Muslims were picked in Kaduna State as against eleven Christians.
“MURIC considers these figures as lopsided, discriminatory and provocative. The exercise appears to have been heavily tainted with religious bias calculated to edge out Nigerian Muslims from military formations in the country.

“It gives undue military advantage to Christians thereby endangering the lives and properties of Muslims nationwide. We frown upon recruitment exercises which fail to recognize the diversity of the Nigerian people.

“NDA is an elitist military institution whose graduates control the military. It will be dangerous for us as a nation if such an institution consistently produces a core of officers whose religious belief tilts towards any particular religionanyMURIC said. http://dailypost.ng/2016/10/25/muslim-group-blasts-army-recruiting-christians-nigeria-defence-academ

Jonathan should please shut up and stop blabbing. EFCC never said Dasuki alone stole $2.2billion. The money was stolen by Jonathan, Dasuki, Mama piss and other political and military cronies too numerous to mention that the money was shared with. This is a very weak and unintelligent attempt at defending Dasuki.
So what also happened to the monies appropriated for the 2016 budget of scam? Where are the so called recovered looted fund & where are the effects on our national life?
