Congrats in advance. Means you made it past the test stage.
No need to worry about the interview. Just have all your personal details in your memory, kind of memorizing your CV. Then of course some knowledge about the organization; current happenings in the industry; competencies of the job function which is same as customer service officer in other places. About the salary account, just tell them you were receiving your pay by hand and tell them the amount. If you have an employment letter from your present employer you should. go along with it. It should contain some detail about your pay. Just answer any questions honestly because enquiry will be made from your present employer. Ensure you are relaxed and confident. You may be asked about your weaknesses, please say it as it is because that will be used to determine your training needs as you commence the job. Please feel free to ask any further questions and I'll gladly respond as much as I can. Good luck.

The asset custodian serves as back up to the head service support. Its similar to "cash officer" function as in other banks though he does more here. He's a vault/ATM custodian and monitors condition and functionality of all bank's assets in his location as well as keep records of all asset movements. He sits-in in the absence of the head service support. He also does clearing and also back office FT transactions. This isn't exhaustive but is basically what the role entails. Regards.

I do not currently work in a bank, I'm just a hopeful like you but the "Private/Commercial Banking Support Officer" role is not likely to be a Marketing role. I believe the bank would state it explicitly if it was Marketing.

However, I recommend you still research the role or consult those already in the system for clarity.

Bro, ve been invited for interview. Mine is for enquiry officer. The ms doc attached to the mail has a job description and prospective hire pay details form. I don't really have the details requested in the form like my pay slip, 12 month salary acct etc. My small salary for my place of wrk na hand Dem dey give us. How shld this be handled? Kindly reply asap

I did.d assessment at deir head office on 2nd April..and I got d mail from dem d next day dat I was successful in d assessment.

It even amazes me more, when instead of sending me a success message they are still inviting me for a test again, this time @ their head office! Am I missing something

I'm very sure they haven't gotten back to anyone concerning the test as many people are still doing the test.

I'm being considered for the same role (WHO STATE/FIELD OFFICER) and have been interviewed a few days back after taking the assessment.

Well, salary wasn't discussed at all in my case, so it's highly unlikely you'll be given room for negotiation.

Try to have a grasp of the Job Responsibilities as contained in the MS-Word attachment in your interview (email) invite before setting out.

The sitting position is such that while I was given verbal reasoning to start with, the next person seated beside me was given numerical to start with.
While the verbal consist of 32 question, the numerical consist of 20 ques. Both are for 20mins! I cn assure you the time is not enough, so speed and accuracy is key. D questions u are not sure of, skip and go to the next. Best of lucks.
