Advice: just answer the easy questions first, not sure of any question leave it blank . That's it basically.

[quote author=mozo post=32179635]@Papirus I guess you mean he passed the test for the position he applied for.
Cos everyone writes the same test, but we all applied for different positions.. Hence varied feedbacks at the moment.[/ quote]
I get you. If you also ve gotten the result being positive, kindly assist with clues and better way of passing. |

taiwolusol: Let's be hopeful. From the little I have seen, I believe APM's recruitment is very credible.
Like I said earlier, more candidates were invited but only 3 of us were there on the said date.
I believe anything can still happen....let's be positive. Greetings bro. Have check and noticed u r probably the only person that passed the PLI test. Ve been scheduled to write the test and would require ur assistance in terms of logic/pattern that gave u success. Did u ever attempt to finish? HW many questions did you answer in all? HW cheap were the questions? Finally, what suggestions/idea would you recommend for me to adopt in writing mine. Will appreciate a speedy response. Thanks! |

Mintek: The Assessment is in SHL format...35 Numeric Reasoning and 48 Verbal Reasoning questions to be answered in 35 and 25 minutes respectively.
Each section is preceded by some examples, PLEASE ensure you completely understand them (especially the Numeric Reasoning examples) before you commence the assessment.
Bro I need some clarification pls. Does this same format applies to other cadres apart from Experience hire?
The questions (based on my little experience) are generally simple, all you need do is work very fast and accurately too.
Don't spend too much time on any question you find difficult.
Goodluck! |

Chukaholic: Believe in yourself...if I'm not mistaken, there's a link in the mail you got where you can practice for the test (SHL format). Follow that link and you will have an idea of what the test entails. The test covers just Verbal critical reasoning and Numeric critical reasoning. So practice those through that link. Any idea of the num of questions and time allocated? I have always thought it's only verbal and numerical stuffs but shocked to see critical reasoning here. |

18wheeler: No way. The SHL is CBT. Before you are invited your detail must have been profiled and a password will be advised you at point of taking the test. You use it to access the test. Please don't commit your resources going there uninvited. It will even be embarrassing having to be turned back for such reason as not invited. Just send your detail to the email advertised I believe the application is still open because its an ongoing exercise until all vacant slots are occupied. Good luck. Did you say it's computer based? Why then did they require coming with pencil, eraser... |

SMS and mail invite are two different things. Ikeja contacted prospective candidates via mail and not SMS. Fear not @Shurlermoz |

All the above courses r unique and grt to pursue. However, you must find where your interest lie and pursue it vigorously and not the one with more recommendations. |
