Then why attack k1 ?? He was also provoked , he said the flask contained water which isn't an illegal substance on flight .... you all still attacked him , no one gave him a chance ....u all dint wanna believe him, u all called I alcohol , despite him saying he bought the water at the airport lounge and NCAA should verify.... but all of a sudden because say n woman, u automatically believed the phone was on airplane mode ... why the double standard??

Infact K1 had a better excuse than this woman and he didn't physically assault anyone. and he almost lost his life ... u all applauded the pilot... but a airhostess that was physically assaulted multiple times should vbe sanctioned?? Are I all normal in this Nigeria??
I think you need to find out what assault means and what can be called assault for you to understand what KWAM 1 did.

I used AI to ask for the disruptive behavior of passengers before Nigerians come with rights (after they left their good behavior at home, only to be disturbing someone else with their bad behavior outside). AI contains some inaccuracies but let me use this to educate Nigerians and rights or those who talk about customer service but not customer disservice.

ICAO outlines various behaviors that could be considered "unruly" or disruptive on an aircraft. These behaviors could be classified as:

### 1. **Violence or Threat of Violence**

* Physical assault or threat of assault towards other passengers or crew members.
* Intimidation or abusive behavior, including threats of violence.
* Aggressive actions or threats with the intent to harm or cause distress.

### 2. **Disorderly Conduct**

* Shouting, screaming, or using offensive language.
* Any behavior that disrupts the normal operation of the flight or the comfort and safety of others.
* Making threats that cause alarm or distress to other passengers or crew members.

### 3. **Interfering with Crew Duties**

* Refusing to follow crew instructions.
* Engaging in actions that interfere with the crew’s ability to perform their duties, such as leaving their seat during critical times (take-off, landing).
* Tampering with or attempting to disable safety equipment or communication systems.

### 4. **Endangering the Safety of the Aircraft**

* Interfering with the aircraft's operation, including disrupting the flight deck or obstructing the flight crew.
* Behaving in a manner that could endanger the safety of the flight, passengers, or crew (e.g., trying to open an aircraft door mid-flight).

### 5. **Alcohol and Drug Abuse**

* Consuming alcohol or drugs in violation of airline policies or international regulations.
* Being intoxicated to the extent that it disrupts the operation of the flight or puts the safety of others at risk.
* Being abusive or violent under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

### 6. **Smoking or Tampering with Smoke Detectors**

* Smoking in areas where it is prohibited, including in the lavatories.
* Tampering with or disabling smoke detectors or other safety equipment.

### 7. **Sexual Harassment**

* Inappropriate or sexually suggestive behavior toward passengers or crew.
* Unwelcome physical contact or gestures.
* Comments, actions, or behaviors that make others feel uncomfortable or unsafe.

### 8. **Failure to Comply with Safety Regulations**

* Refusing to fasten seat belts, wear a mask (in relevant contexts), or comply with other safety measures.
* Not following safety protocols during emergency situations.
* Removing shoes or other clothing items in a way that disrupts or interferes with flight protocols.

### 9. **Racial or Religious Discrimination**

* Harassment or intimidation based on race, religion, nationality, or other forms of discrimination.
* Creating a hostile environment for passengers or crew based on personal characteristics.

### 10. **Harassment or Threatening Behavior**

* Persistent harassment or verbal abuse directed at other passengers or the crew.
* Behavior that leads to discomfort or fear among other passengers or staff.

These behaviors are considered serious threats to the safety and comfort of both passengers and crew, and airlines are empowered to take action, including restraining the passenger, diverting the flight, or even involving law enforcement.
Maybe many passengers are uninformed. Many Nigerians have a problem with obeying instructions. The I Too Know makes them behave like they know the job or they have been offended. What they don't tell you is how they behaved.

Let us start with the basics
1. She was remanded to prison
2, This follows being charged to court
3. BBC reports she was charged on 5 counts including assault and criminal damage

It is not that deep

What is alleged is that she waited till all the passengers had disembarked and then approached the person she believed insulted her

If true that she was the last passenger on the plane it seems more about assault and damage than disruption

The fact that they allowed her to fly after the incident before take off shows they were willing to let it go
Thank God you said "alleged". I am not trying to defend the Airline by force but it surprises me that people want respect they don't give. Everyone is talking about de escalation, no one is talking about escalation. Again the lady must be following SOP from her training, otherwise she will be disciplined. In the video I shared earlier, did you see the cop asking everyone to leave the plane for them to handle just that lady? If the passenger did not leave, everyone else would have left and that single passenger will be the one they will handle. I don't think the professionals don't know what they are doing. I think Nigerians and ITK just think they can do anything and get away with it, then ask someone who was trained how to do their job. Let's even assume the hostess was wrong, there are ways to 'deal with her'.

Please guys, be aware that the airlines themselves don't own the airstrip or airport, they are responsible for how they use the facilities, so this layman argument of why didn't she do this earlier or later does not cut it. Airlines would not just let you walk on the tarmac especially if you are their passenger, which is why people are condemning the officials for KWAM 1, he was never supposed to walk stray on the tarmac. That is a lapse in security. This is why airlines will use buses to take you from one spot to the other within the airport, they wouldn't just let you walk like you think you are free to do so anyhow.

Her blouse got torn in the course of the forceful evacuation, thereby exposing sensitive parts to public sights. That's a huge infringement, she could sue the airline regardless of their narrative and she's a right to claims on this.

There are other diplomatic ways this could have been handled to preserve her body privacy, not this one please.

I've been a public servant in a similar industry for years and I've apparently seen worse.

Supposing she's mentally impaired and that her actions may have been induced by reason of her condition, does that give the airline the rights to unclad her?

Blocking her from deboarding @ the point of termination is also another violation to personal rights, except there are very cogent reasons to justify their actions as suspected theft, llegal possession etc. From the airline's press release, nothing of that sort aligned with the passenger's conduct, so why block her exit when the trip has already ended without hitches and then....... Damn, can't say more sha.

It's Nigeria, you don't have it like that in Western settings. I've got experience, traveled a few times too and witnessed human induced disruptive threats that can even result in worse scenarios, but then how you deal with it matters more towards fair eventuality.

This isn't enough near anything that should make headlines and clog cyberspaces if not for unprofessionalism by the airline..

One may be wrong but, the assertion that the two shall become one belongs to love-movie stories.

The two were never one and would never become one!

Surprised?

Marriage, especially these days, has revealed that it's more of a contractual agreement rather than an unconditional love thing.

When the financial fortunes of a man suddenly takes a nosedive, the reality would begin to dawn on the man that he had long been living with a total stranger.

Many women have sent many men to their untimely graves when the tables get turned.

They would continue to call the men endearing names until the vissisitudes of life come calling.

Then the hitherto loving husbands would suddenly become lazy idiots, shameless ne'er-do-wells, can't you see your mates(?) and sundry heartbreaking names until the men begin to lose self-confidence and if care isn't taken they die in grief, agony and full of bitter regrets.

Na their way!

Na money be fine bobo!

@hotseat
You are right 💯 and men are waking up. I am very careful to listen to just one side. Anyone who has gone through divorce proceedings will see that women overlook the things men do to provide until he is no longer in the picture. Social media is noisy but you can now see single women who were tricked to divorce their 'useless husband' now advising their fellow women to better stay in there, there's nothing sexy in destroying your marriage. We can also now see videos where men are taking care of the children but they don't have access to them and these women are using the children as yoyo.

Men are also now promoting self care these days because women are very good at telling their own single story which you will almost fall for until you listen to the other side. I am not saying there are no yeye men out there but women can play the cards better than men. After all, they mature as girls faster than boys. Men come to the party late when they understand the game.

What the female empowerment group is not telling us is how they will protect the family system. I support female empowerment but we should not forget nature. Most women will end up single if they do better than men and it is not a curse. We now have enough data to see the result of earning their own money. However, please note that even poor women are also breadwinners where the man abandons the woman to take care of herself so money is not everything. Provision is not financial alone. If you are a young man reading this or your marriage is young, let me give you one advice:

Never rely on a woman's money. I was listening to one man say this sometime ago. He said, a woman will not forget how much she spent on you. It sounded like a simple statement until I thought deep about it. Don't mix things up. One of the best things you will have is a woman's love. If she loves you, she will pour into you. She will sacrifice for you but this is reality, dem no de forget. How dare you grin

That's simply Nigerian relationship for you.
I know Nigerian relationship is heavy on money but it is not Nigeria or Nigerians alone. Recently I have been reading news trying to push women as the breadwinner and men as the stay at home. Everyone of these women don't like the work of provider even if some of them claim to adjust to it. Women will always be women. As a man, don't lose yourself for women, work hard, be a provider and never let your guards down. I wrote the same thing for boys who are happy to serve gigolos. Read the book I attached, women find it hard respecting men who don't provide.

papyjaypaul:
A stay at home dad should be a work from home boss because women don't usually like what looks like them, including what they perceive as weak men but when I read that he took his wife's last name, I saved myself of unnecessary advice.

Just so you know, women who have tried this boss thing, especially the ones with kids but they cannot live with the emotional guilt and jealousy of the dad being a good father and they are not there because they are 'working'. They will eventually blame the man for taking their place, and being a 'lazy' man while they go out to hustle. She will hate that job that brings food to the table.

With women, you can never win because they don't like the truth told to them. They like to blame everyone else. This is not bashing women. I love and respect women but I know how women think. They always think the men are the ones against them and when they get into a man's shoes, they are surprised how the shoe is. Men on the other hand have learned not to complain, the man that complains is a weak man, so you are taught to learn how to make things work. Men are deliberately lazy because it is a choice, if they decide to stop acting like that, women would not have anyone to take care of. Men lived alone before they got married to you so they can survive on bread for 7 days. They are that lazy and annoying. That's why when a woman comes into a man's house, she changes things because it is in her nature to be more caring and organized. You will see the difference between a man who is living like he is in a jungle and a woman who turns that jungle to a royal house. I hear women saying it's not my job to take care of an adult, I can make my own money. I pity you. Men that have been spoiled by their mothers, you now think he only wants to wive you because you are a man like him? A man is choosing who can take care of his house, any other thing, he is lying to you. You will be surprised that this man who is a stay at home dad will still have women hitting at him because he is caring and the woman will start seeing other housewives in the neighborhood as competitors🤣
Women these days say that men are not properly brought up, that they can't do house chores. Without money, the stay at home dad will have other women admiring him that if you send him out of the house because you control the finance, other women will quickly pick him up. My dear, it is not because he is Oga at work that women are flocking after him. You think if you remove money from men, they will be weak.

Let me give you a perfect example of something like this. Watch this video from Everybody Hates Chris

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eKFGETbB7BU?feature=shared

When Julius decides to become a mom at home because he is not working, he does it so well that Rochelle is jealous and the children like his food, they love Daddy and she has FOMO. She becomes unhappy because he is looking better than her.

As a man, design your house the way you want, support your wife and women around you but never ever forget that as a man, it is a lonely world. Nobody cares if you fail so if you lose that power and give it to a woman, you have yourself to blame.

Nature is in perfect order. Challenge it and find out...

CelebritiesRe: I Need Someone Who Just Has Money - Tiwa Savage by papyjaypaul: 12:22pm On Aug 11, 2025
Nothing she says here surprises me. I have written it on this forum at different times. I wrote this in 2024👇

Should I tell you the worst thing? Once a man has seen that there is no need to provide, he stops hustling. He becomes mentally lazy, not totally his fault but because of the conditioning. He doesn't see the need anymore. There is already security and this thing pisses women off because they still expect him to work hard and make money. They call him deadbeat and write him off. This same man will see a poor girl and work hard to elevate her. When the man is beneath her, she does not see his worth even if he is trying his best. She also starts seeing the man as a leech not because he is, but because she is performing the role of provider. Men can provide without attaching too much emotions to it. Women are cunning in their finances. They don't mind taking care of their family members and other emotional stuff but it makes her crazy when she is doing the work of provider and caregiver. A woman would rather be a single mom and know that she is the only one taking care of the family than to have a man who is around and not doing anything.

That's the nature of men. I just want you to ask yourself if you are very sure you can live with it. Don't think when I am giving you these examples, I am talking about poor men. I am talking about men who are millionaires and their wives are millionaires too.

It takes a wise woman to manage her ego and her household when she outearns him and before you get married, discuss with the guy you want to marry and check their family if they are confident people or they are small minded.

They built Lagos, then started destroying it because they lost Lagos they never owned.

Who I pity the most are the Indigenous People of Lagos because the non-Lagosians are going to destroy their land beyond what they ever imagined.

He that will hear, will hear and he who won't will not. If you have not yet given your life to Christ and set free from sin, let that be your priority and make sure that problem is solved before it will be too late.

You can do it now!
If you were driving and you get to the junction where the man is preaching, will you stop to hear him or not?

He trained Wike
This is what came to my mind. He himself knows, that's why he went on sabbatical after he left office saying "they say I should not talk". Amaechi talked so much when he was in PDP and he went to nPDP. Did you say how he said what he was going to do in the first 6 months? Amaechi is living in the past, his tactic 10 years ago has expired.

Any reasonable Nigerian in diaspora should be really concern about investing in the country, because the day you antagonize the government in power, your investments go down.
I don't even understand these guys. They go after themselves once they are out of office. Just like Lagos, they will allow their officials to collect bribe and look the other way, then one day, they will say they're doing audit and verification exercise.
