Even if they're to be dredged like others in Nigeria, they will cost less since it's only a mere 18 nautical miles to the Atlantic ocean which is far shorter than Lagos at 50 nautical miles, Onne 60 nautical miles and Ibaka 30 nautical miles.

INEC was trying to make people see the results live, that's why they said they will be uploading the results. They are not back by Law to do it, they could have choosen not to do it at all and we won't be here having this discussion.
