President Tinubu and Governor Diri of Bayelsa have inaugurated the 630-meter Angiama-Oporoma Bridge today in Bayelsa State. The inauguration was attended by former President Goodluck Jonathan and his wife, as well as the Senate President, Sen. Godswill Akpabio and others pic.twitter.com/OUVx3URbdf
AMINDA: It wasn't the governor's that held a meeting with Tinubu in the Villa and promised to "hold down" the PDP to endure his re-election.
The PDP Governors and Party hierarchy had the chance to kick out Anyanwu after he went to contest for the governorship election in Imo state, but did they kick him out?
You 🤡s just love blaming all your failures on Asiwaju
Boladogailese: Considering that Tinubu is a big no and people’s disdain for Apc due to his woeful performance. Now the main question is, if Apc present Osinbajo will Nigerians vote for him?
Accept the Reality Tinubu will rule Nigeria till 2031 and give Yourself Peace of Mind
Putindbutt: When we thought these comedians had entertained us enough, they even have more jokes up their sleeves.
You went back to the same court and the same judge you have been disobeying?, Lol.
You went back to the same court and the same judge to ask for mandatory injunction against the order of Appeal Court which INEC obeyed.
You must be living in a fool's paradise if you think the court will bend to your shortcut.
Instead of obeying the court who asked you to come and show cause, you rather were dancing and clowning at INEC's office. Your blackmailing is about to backfire.
With the way they are going, they won't have candidates in the 2027 General Election
This video, a fiery call for revolution sermon against president Jonathan made by Tunde Bakare 14 years ago after his CPC party lost the 2011 presidential election, an election he participated in as Buhari's running mate. Listening to Bakare's vicious sermon, you will think that Nigeria, a country in which as at then, fuel was being sold at N65 and rated the fastest growing economy in Africa was so terribly bad..... Bakare, Tinubu, Buhari and other shady activists pretended throughout Jonathan's government to care about Nigeria's situation, playing to the gallery in a bid to promote resentful sentiments that ensured Jonathan was pushed out of power .... The formation of APC was part of a grand power grab scheme, a gang up of Bakare's CPC, Tinubu's ACN and others towards achieving their nefarious goal..... Tunde Bakare's activism died the day his APC party won in 2015, his "Save Nigeria" group vanished as all fiery revolution laced sermons ceased.... Fast forward to 2026, all what he conveniently accused the Jonathan's government of causing back then has happened and continue to happen under his party's government, the economy, insecurity, corruption and other issues he passionately condemned Jonathan's government for has gotten worse as Nigerians bear the brunt of a dead economy brought about by a government he helped into power.... IMHO, Tunde Bakare wins the award as the most hypocritical two faced christian preacher in Nigeria....
Bobloco: The Court has no jurisdiction over the internal affairs of political parties, so what exactly is going on?
The court sit down jeje, nah ADC members in Sokoto carry their party matter go court, you dey for your house dey provoke say Court wan look into the case
SixSeven: You shouldn't. We have too many data points and it's unnecessary. Don't forget why they brought BVN. Just last week, INEC too wanted to revalidate our PVC which will render it from being permanent. Nigeria needs to fix its ID system and stop doing it in silos. Minister of Interior will have his own idea, CBN Governor his, Finance theirs, Defence theirs etc. Have you thought about someone who does not live in the country and has a BVN?
saintopus: Imagine the yeye memo! How much sugar cane can a staff chew? If they are avoiding the dirtiness of the environment from chewing the sugar cane that will be OK.
In the Western world, a staff can get fired for this
Under the new rules, customers can now change the phone number linked to their BVN only once in their lifetime. The policy targets rising cases of SIM-swap fraud, where criminals take over phone numbers to gain access to bank accounts.
Customers are therefore advised to link their BVN to a secure, long-term phone number—preferably one already tied to their National Identification Number (NIN).
This rule is nonsense. As much as it makes sense, it is not a long term thinking. We do not have permanent phone numbers. The number tied to my NIN can expire. People can and should have the right to change numbers any number of times they want. Nigeria should decide whether they are using NIN or not. A phone number should not be a personal identifiable number, it is even dangerous. The other time Minister of Interior under Buhari said no passport without NIN. Now, CBN wants to limit your BVN with NIN and OTPhone number. Let's stop making life more difficult for the average Nigerian.
You can change numbers but you will have a permanent number linked to your BVN
SmartPolician: A ruling party cannot have a faction in Nigeria. Just one call from the president and everyone will respect themselves because a Nigerian president is extremely powerful. You can only have factions in the opposition parties
So you don't know about The PDP and NPDP under Jonathan? A lot of you Obidients just dey follow Politics
press9jatv: Check out pictures of work to live campaign for Ambo in Ede, Adeleke Country home. This work is been organised by Apata (APC Chieftain. Adeleke should be packing his bags and luggages from government house. He's a goner 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Scorpio99: Was the judgement based on the statement of Fubara or a concrete and unequivocal withdrawal from the party? If they left by meer words of mouth, they haven't left as long as their names are still on membership register of the parties.
Originalsly: If imported petrol is cheaper ....why aren't the importers rushing to import and control the market like they used to ..and was basically put out of business when Dangote came on stream? .
Putindbutt: Oil production has increased to 1.8million bpd, Govt has doubled the cargoes for the refinery, Govt has even been fairer on naira for crude sale admist the ongoing middle east war. Why is Dangote not reciprocating?. God knows how many times he has increased prices during this 40days.
I can't wait for BUA refinery to come on stream as quickly as possible.
Are you sure BUA refinery construction is ongoing? I don't think work has started on the project yet
franchasng: Nothing concern me with whatever Tinubu does with his cabinet members and appointees, so we are not interested, if he likes let him acknowledge his resignation, if he likes let him not, it is the responsibility of those that wants to benefit from the said resignation and none resignation that should pursue it.
Mine is to expose Nigerian court's injustice and Tinubu's desperate efforts to strangle opposition using Nigerian courts, INEC and some unscrupulous individuals.
That's how Bala Gombe does not care about how the supporters of Peter Obi feels
Scorpio99: Nothing in the ADC constitution says that Nwosu cannot hand over to David Mark. The argument of Gombe when he went to court in 2025 was that the handover did not follow due process (voting, consensus). This is what is challenged by the David Mark leadership that the handover was legitimate because: 1. Bala Gombe's letter where he resigned from the NWC of the party. 2. Even if the letter was forged, Bala Gombe should be estopped because by attending the handover, he has conducted himself in such a way that he approved of it.
According to the ADC constitution, you must be a party member for at least 2 years before you can occupy any position in the party.
There's no political party all over Nigeria where the constitution states the party chairman can resign and handover to whoever he wants.
After any political party chairman resign, the next in line will take over from the chairman in acting capacity
