Edygrin: Why is it only senators from the North that is against this bill?
You close down betting shops, destroy alcohol bottles, yet you still want to benefit from the VAT these companies pay? You say they're unholy but their money isn't?
After making businesses run away from your region to the SW and SS because of insecurity you then want those regions to keep feeding you not only with their resources but with their VAT also, which kind of parasitic behavior is this?
If this is what will make your leaders sit up and work then so be it. It's not every northern senator that is against the bill |

I didn't see at any point where the guy said that everything came out from one contract. It's an insult for someone like you to claim my problem is comprehension. The guy claimed his brother was awarded "a contract in 2012".... Go through his comment again and stop making a fool of yourself. This is how people like you get scammed, there's no bullshit you don't believe He even said his uncle send #500 million to his sister account... That's another bullshit. geoworldedu: Explain the easily scammed parte of your story. I see that you are gullible. You still believe that the government are not making as much as we hear. This person here talking about his uncle has not told us what role his uncle occupies o. You don't even know if he is a senator or commissioner and you are capping. You don't even know why the country is so poor. Let me school you. 99.9% of Nigerian's money is with 0.9% of Nigerian's which are the politicians. That is why the country is very poor to this magnitude. As a politician, if you are promised a contract of 2 billion naira, believe it, but as a common man, if you are promised a contract of 2 million naira, please give doubt a room first. So where is the scam you are talking about coming from? I can't believe anyone contracting a job of 10 million to me right now except I am well connected. But if I am a politician, I will even believe a contract of 1 billion naira. Like I said, this is why people like you get scammed Which kind of contract in this Nigeria will government just give out #100 billion to a contractor back in 2015 within a year? It's so funny how you guys believe every fables you read online 😂 There's corruption, people are stealing, but to claim his brother made #100 billion within a year is a fable |

geoworldedu: 100 billion is like drinking water to politician. Do you know the amount needed to construct roads and build bridges can run up to billions? Give it to a LG chairman and he pockets it all. That's why they can earn up to that figure in a year. This is why a lot of you are easily scammed. Which kin project be that wey government go release #100 billion within a year? Tell me The guy said his uncle made #100 billion within a year, it's not possible. |

completeskills: I don't doubt his story. I had an uncle who was a mere commissioner under one governor in Edo state .I know how he started spending money buying properties and high value cars within 6 months. That man literally became a billionaire before the end of Their tenure. He had many investments especially in real estate. Someone that had only one old Peugeot 504 before he became commissioner. He bought one hummer jeep for his mum during that era when hummer was in vogue this politicians are heartless criminals. They don't care about you. harmargedon: baba I know person wey collect 500mill just one day 😁😁😁😁😁😁 geoworldedu: Why do you think the country is too poor like this? mikkyangel3: Government by propaganda.
The so-called refinery that they claim has started producing was created in 1968 and only produces 60k barrels of only diesel/day.
The general refinery which people think has been launched and refines all products is still comatose.
It was created in 1989 and produces 150k barrels of petrol/day.
A $714m turnaround contract was awarded but has entered voice mail.
These men are shameless. Some of you are paid to spread propaganda. How some of you guys comfortably spread fake news is unacceptable. The Government made it clear only the refinery refining 60k BPD is working, and the NNPCL made it clear it's presently working at 60%. They are presently producing petrol, diesel and kerosene and will produce the rest as time goes on. The refinery capable of refining 150k crude per day will start working next year. |
