The elections need to be conducted the same day as scheduled for the governorship election. The LG ballots paper and boxes are the only things to be added.

They can add National to the body National Local Government Independent Electoral Commission, which would be created from the national Inec. In such a case, PO from Katstina can be the election manager for the LG election in Ibadan. State Inec can conduct the election but supervised by national PO
