ojoisimi: It's funny how you came to your conclusion based on just Akure, ikale and ilaje.
For your information, Ondo west light has improved significantly for the past one and a half month I was talking about Akure, ikale and ilaje areas, I didn't mention mention Ondo west |

Autodidact1: Let's assume the Discos are rejecting it and start accepting it, that's still less than 10% of the energy needs of the country and will not make any difference.
But what's your evidence they're rejecting it or you just want to parrot what the kleptomaniac inept power ministers have been vomiting? it will still lead to an improvement sha |

Autodidact1: Does it make any sense for Discos reject power transmitted to them? If there's any valid reason why they would do that, did you manage to find out why?
Rejection and not Rejection are mere rhetorics. What is evident is that Nigeria is not generating up to 10% of the energy needs of the country and without generation, energy can't be distributed. This is common sense. Instead of ministers coming out with propaganda, they should generate electricity with evidence of generation and distribution then we can listen to their propaganda The ones the TCN is transmitting, let the DISCOS start distributing at least 90%. The DISCOS needs to be unbundle. Benin electricity distribution company needs to be split into at least 4 electricity distribution companies. |

A shameful press statement. The percentage of Nigerians buying tomatoes at the supermarket can't even be up to 5% of the total population. Some of the tomatoes I see in supermarkets are even imported.
If am in Tinubu's shoe, I will remove who said this |

Autodidact1: You're blaming Discos as if TCN and the Power Generation wings are trying. Discos are not our major problem but the generators that can't generate ordinarily 5000MW of electricity for Nigeria. Nigeria needs nothing less than 40k - 100k but they generate between 2k to 3k The ones they are generating, the DISCOS are struggling to distribute. Under Jonathan and Buhari, do you know DISCOS even reject power transmitted to them by the TCN? I don't know if it's still happen now sha... TCN will send power to the DISCOS, instead of the DISCOS to transfer it to people who need it and ready to pay, they will reject it The Benin DISCO is at fault on this issue happening in Ekiti and Ondo, not the TCN |

Them for just kuku talk say no light throughout for two months! BEDC- bunch of Incompetents! Power supply in Akure is so poor, in most part of ikale and ilaje land, they don't even have power supply at all... Nothing is happening in that Ondo state |

Politics › Re: Why HE Peter Obi Is By Far A Better Leader Than BAT by Paraman: 6:59pm On Jun 30, 2024 |
WizardOfNG: Bro, for some hateful, bigoted and fascist Nigerians, it is not about Nigeria getting better under any President.
It is more about their malevolent prayer Nigerian never getting better under a Yoruba leader and specifically Tinubu.
This is why they wake daily looking for negatives to highlight here and elsewhere online about the Tinubu government.
It is also why you see them totally absent and invisible when anything positive is achieved by the Government of the day.
My one main joy is that intelligent Nigerians born after the civil war now know those who hate the "Zoo" and are always praying she fails. Well-meaning Nigerians will also get the pleasure of seeing those hateful sadists put to shame.
I think it is a tragedy for any nation to be cursed with those people as citizens but it is the burden God has given Nigeria to carry and with time we will know how to manage, bypass, disregard and eventually neutralise their nuisance and toxicity to the glory of Nigeria.
Look at the post below to see a confession and confirmation of all I have said. You're 100% right bro. People like DMerciful are not happy a Yoruba man is the president. |

I am wondering how it will play out because mtn is likely to make another loss this second quarter, will the data center be an asset or liability considering the huge power that would be required to run it and equipment cost ,let mtn not go the way of Etisalat through over investment in an economy that Microsoft and Facebook are pulling out Microsoft and Facebook are operating in Nigeria and have no plans to pull out What are the major investment that Etisalat spend on in Nigeria? |

DMerciful: Tinubu took over and crashed everything. Things will not even go back to how he met it. Even rigging will not save him like it did 2023 Things are presently hard because the naira was devalued twice. A lot of work is going on In the power sector power generation would increase as new plants come online, while transmission and distribution infrastructure upgrades continue. Before the 2027 presidential election, power supply will be far better than what it is now |
