The US is also under colonization by Westerners that refused to go back to their barren continent.

Germany is not a barren land.point of correction!
Hitler and Napoleon lost their wars in Russia because they erroneously under estimated and miscalculated the issues at hand and what is required to win a war in the kind of Russian climate, terrain and conditions!

That there are raw materials in Russia does not automatically means it has resources to fund a war with the west long term!that is why Russia has been categorical saying it will escalate to nuclear warfare if that should result
We both have different definitions of barren.
Germany is a barren land, the lack of resources (oil, metal etc) and the weather cost Germany the war in ww2.
I already mentioned it, I won't be reeducated by random people with a distorted version of history.
The aforementioned resources are in abundance in Russia, Russia can keep draining the West for as long as it takes.

No it does not
Germany sought to conquer Russia during WW2 because Germany is a barren land and needed raw materials to produce it's weapons.
Raw materials that are in abundance in Russia.
The lack of raw materials/resources cost Germany the war. They lost due to logistical problems.
Russia has the raw material and has the manpower.

That remains to be seen. The situation on ground fails to prove that anyway....
Lol, what do you mean?
Russia has the resources/raw material to create and produce it's weapons in abundance.
It also doesn't depend on migration from developing countries for labour, Russians are hardworking people.
The damages inflicted by Russia also comes at a cost.
Mr accountant general, how much does it cost to repair the damage inflicted by Russia on Nazi Ukraine?
Also, the weapons and ammunitions expended by Ukraine, how much do they cost? Are they free?
Basically, Russia is draining the West.
Russia has the resources and manpower to keep draining the West for 50 years while the West can't survive 7 years.
If Russia had reduced the DPR, LPR and co to rubble when they were getting liberated, now that they're Russian territories, Russia would have had to repair those damages at a cost.
Read in between the lines and relax.

Western imposed unilateral sanctions were designed to cause great discomfort, sorrow and pain for ordinary Russian citizens(not the Elites).
The sanctions didn't have the intended effect due to lack of support by majority of the global population.
The miscalculated sanctions was an attempt by the West to engineer a regime change in Russia through economic hardship (starve the citizens and let them turn on their govt) and subsequently install a puppet regime that'll be subservient to the West (a regime like Zelensky) at the expense of Russian citizens.
The West had hoped the sanctions they imposed on Russia would lead to a divided, collapsed and fragmented Russia that'll be easy to conquer.
But it backfired, Russia's economy is even better than Nigeria.
There are protests in the West decrying the decline in the standard of living (of the West), there are uprisings, chaos and regime changes across the West by the populace who are dissatisfied with their incompetent, clueless and unintelligent politicians . Massive unemployment, deindustrialization, increased crime and a spike in drug use in the West are also included.
Some mislead fellows may argue that the sanctions were designed to 'weaken Russia's millitary capability' instead, it has lead to an economic crisis in the West which has in fact, weakened their own military capability.
Evidently, the biggest losers are the West.
Russia has the resources and manpower to keep draining the West for 50 years.

Politics / Sweden Must Accept Lower Living Standard, Former Central Bank Chief Says by ParasiteWest: 12:54pm On Oct 10, 2022
Earlier this year, even the outgoing Swedish government admitted that a combination of high energy, food prices and rising interest rates is expected to stifle growth in the years ahead and undermine households' purchasing power and, consequently, private consumption.
Inflation will impoverish Sweden and the country must accept a lower standard of living - a fact politicians must convey clearly to the population, Lars Heikensten, former head of the Central Bank and now chairman of the Fiscal Policy Council which evaluates government policy, has said.
If the fiscal policy framework is to be maintained, major compromises must be made by the next government, Heikensten told Swedish Radio. Instead, he said, the parties tipped to form the next government after the general election in September, have issued “counterproductive” election pledges that risk fueling inflation further. He said that promises of compensation for higher petrol and electricity prices, which both the outgoing and the incoming governments have made, were particularly unhelpful.
“This will strengthen demand for electricity and petrol, but what we need to do in this situation is to save electricity and petrol to bring the price down,” Heikensten emphasized.
Furthermore, the proposed measures risk hitting the housing market, which has been dubbed the holy cow and the very engine of the Swedish economy, bolstering employment and fueling numerous tax deductions. However, severe price drops in the housing market are now expected to lead to an increase in unemployment, which in turn will promote more price drops when interest and amortization cannot be paid by unemployed mortgage holders, resulting in a vicious circle.
“It would be highly inappropriate to set fire to the economy and anticipate demand in this situation, when the Central Bank is trying to slow down. It will lead to us getting higher interest rates, which in turn can lead to problems in the housing market,” Heikensten argued.
According to Heikensten, Swedes will be quickly forced to increase their savings and productivity instead of further increasing their borrowing and consumption, which will have a tremendous bearing on the housing market.
As of now, Sweden's economy is already suffering as a result of backfiring EU sanctions against Russia that were meant to “punish” Moscow for its special operation in Ukraine, yet exacerbated Europe's energy and cost-of-living crises. The overall inflation rate in Sweden reached a record 9 percent in August, a level unseen in decades, with numerous articles hitting two-digit numbers.
Furthermore, the country's power supply remains questionable, as authorities have warned of possible power shortages this coming winter amid a worsening energy pinch. According to the Swedish Civil Contingencies agency (MSB), power rationing could affect traffic lights, trams, heating and communications as well as electronic locks to properties, to name a few.
Earlier this year, outgoing Finance Minister Mikael Damberg admitted that a combination of high energy and food prices around the world - and in Sweden - and rising interest rates is expected to put a damper on growth and undermine private consumption. Earlier in September, Sweden's Central Bank announced its sharpest rate hike in nearly three decades, raising it by a full percent point to 1.75 percent in a bid to curb soaring inflation.

This is sufficient, logical and reasonable justification for the RF to engage in counter terrorism operations in Ukraine not Russia (DPR, LPR, Kherson & Co.) in similar fashion to the West led by the US invading Afghanistan to 'counter terrorism' by deposing the Afghan govt and installing a Western puppet.
Eventually, the deposed govt defeated the West led by the US and the Western installed puppet govt. They all fled like chickens and the cowards that they're.

There'll be a new govt in Ukraine that'll will negotiate with Russia for amnesty, agree to demilitarize, stop the glorification of Nazism and cease Ukraine's pursuit of NATO terrorist organization membership.
The new govt may even decide to hold a referendum that'll make the rest of Ukraine join Russia.

owolabi5:

Referendum is a general vote by the electorate on a single political question which has been referred to them for a direct decision.
The question and determination in this context is: should Ukraine be incorporated into Russia as a new federated entity (of Russia) or should Ukraine maintain it's current status quo.

In the event of a successful counter terrorism operation by Russia (similar to the American invasion of Afghanistan that lead to the overthrow of the legitimate Afghanistan government of the day and the subsequent installation of an illegitimate US sponsored puppet Afghani govt), Zelensky would lose his position like Ashraf Ghani, a new Ukrainian government will be constituted (like the Taliban). The new govt, in the best interest of Ukrainians will negotiate with Russia for amnesty and will make concessions that includes demilitarization, denazification and an agreement to cease membership pursuits of the NATO terrorist organization. Russia may formally designate NATO as a terrorist organization (if they choose to do so). The new govt (in accordance with it's own laws and constitution shall set the criteria for it's legality and legitimacy; homosexuality is legal in the West but illegal in Nigeria, illegal coups are recognized as defacto
legitimate governments e.g Nigeria, Myanmar, Zelensky's govt etc.) may decide that - every place within the territory of Ukraine where a referendum had not been held may be integrated and incorporated into the Russian Federation with or without a referendum (if it's impossible to hold a referendum due to terrorism/a state of emergency). As a result of the disregard for human lives and wanton destruction by the Western sponsored Ukrainian Nazi terrorists at the most recent referendums in the DPR, LPR, Kherson region and co., it's reasonable if there are no further referendums. Sure there'll be complaints, several tongue will wag but e don be e don be dat. Russia may need to modify/amend her constitution to accommodate the aforementioned incorporation.
Politics / EU To Feel Impact Of Energy Crisis For Decades – Kremlin by ParasiteWest: 3:39am On Oct 10, 2022
By rejecting Russian energy and relying on the US, the bloc “deprives its economy of competitiveness,” Dmitry Peskov claimed
Turning away from Russian energy will lead to “very deplorable consequences” for the European Union, with up to 20 years of deindustrialization ahead, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has claimed.

In an interview with the TV channel Rossiya 1, fragments of which were released on Sunday, Peskov claimed that the Americans are now making “crazy money” by selling gas to European states at exorbitant prices.

“And Europeans pay them, thereby depriving their economy of competitiveness. Production is collapsing. Deindustrialization is coming. All this will have very, very deplorable consequences for the European continent over probably, at least, the next 10-20 years,” Peskov said.
He emphasized that in the past, there was “a mutual balance,” as Russia was interested in buyers of its energy resources as much as they were interested in Russia. However, Peskov argued, the EU started to repeat “like a mantra” that it had to rid itself of its dependency on Russian energy, and this eventually resulted in the current situation.

The Americans are selling gas at prices that are “three or even four” times higher than Russian gas, Peskov said, adding that “the Europeans are making their economy less competitive as they pay” such money to US suppliers.
Gas prices in Europe surged earlier this year in the wake of Russia launching its military operation in Ukraine in late February. After the EU and Western countries, outside the bloc, imposed sweeping sanctions on Moscow and began a campaign of cutting themselves off from Russian energy supplies, gas prices hit record highs, leading to a rise in overall inflation on the continent.

Earlier this week, Belgian Prime Minister Alexander De Croo warned that the continent might soon face a significant reduction in industrial activity and social unrest if nothing is done to lower energy prices. Reuters,
meanwhile, reported that the US is now delivering more natural gas to the EU than Russia for the first time in history, but that American gas was some ten times more expensive than Russian supplies.

Foreign Affairs / Russia Should Respond To Terror Attack On Crimean Bridge By Killing Terrorists by ParasiteWest: 12:45am On Oct 10, 2022
Russia can only respond by directly killing terrorists, as is the custom elsewhere in the world, Security Council Deputy Chairman said
MOSCOW, October 10. /TASS/. Russia must respond to Ukraine’s terror attack on the Crimean bridge by directly killing terrorists, Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev told reporter Nadana Fridrikhson.

In a written interview published on Fridrikhson’s Telegram channel, Medvedev said: "Russia can only respond to this crime by directly killing terrorists, as is the custom elsewhere in the world. This is what Russian citizens expect."
Medvedev attributed the crime to what he said was the failed state of Ukraine. "That was a terrorist act and sabotage committed by the criminal Kiev regime. There never was any doubt about that. All reports were presented and conclusions made," he emphasized.

A truck exploded on the Crimean Bridge on Saturday morning, causing several fuel tanks of a train to catch fire. Three people were killed in the blast, and two spans of the bridge’s roadway to the peninsula collapsed. The railway and automobile traffic across the Crimean Bridge has so far been restored.
At a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Sunday evening, the head of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, said that Ukraine's special services were behind the terrorist attack, with Russian citizens and foreigners acting as accomplices. Bastrykin said that a criminal probe had been launched, and suspects had already been identified with the operational support of FSB officers.

Putin stated that the attack perpetrated by the Kiev regime had been undoubtedly aimed at destroying Russia’s vital civilian infrastructure.

Foreign Affairs / Ukraine Blows Up Border Bridges With Belarus – Minsk by ParasiteWest: 11:06pm On Oct 09, 2022
The move comes a day after Belarus accused Ukraine of plotting a strike on its territory
Ukrainian forces have destroyed almost all bridges and mined the roads along the border with Belarus, Anatoly Lappo, chairman of the State Border Committee of Belarus, said on Sunday. Minsk has accused Kiev of planning imminent strikes on its territory.
"Today, almost all border bridges have been blown up, and automobile and railway border routes are completely mined,” Lappo told Belarusian TV, according to Russia’s Interfax news agency.

Ukrainian forces have fortified the border "to the extent that they put anti-tank mines in three rows on the roads," Lappo said.
The troops Kiev has sent to the border are “not border guards,” Lappo claimed. “We are under pressure, they are aiming at our border guards, sometimes they shoot in the air, constant aerial reconnaissance is being carried out,” he added.

A day before the news broke, Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry claimed that its ambassador to Belarus was summoned to the Belarusian Foreign Ministry and handed an official note saying that “Ukraine is planning to conduct a strike on the territory of Belarus.” The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry said that it “categorically rejects” the accusation, adding that it could be part of a Russian plan to “stage a provocation and further accuse” Kiev.
Earlier this week, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko accused Ukraine of massing tens of thousands of soldiers near the border. While Lukashenko allowed Russian troops to enter Ukraine from its territory at the beginning of Russia’s military operation in Ukraine, he said last week that Belarus’ role in the conflict is limited to self-defense and denying Ukraine the ability to “shoot Russians in the back from the territory of Belarus.”

With tensions along the 1,000-kilometer border rising, the Belarusian Defense Ministry stated that it has the capacity to field 500,000 trained troops “if the need arises.”

Foreign Affairs / Kiev Regime Responsible For Crimean Bridge Terror Act -medvedev by ParasiteWest: 10:35pm On Oct 09, 2022
MOSCOW, (Sputnik) - Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev says the Kiev regime is responsible for the Crimean Bridge terror act and Russia should respond by eliminating terrorists.
"The perpetrator of the crime is the failed state of Ukraine. This is a terrorist act and sabotage committed by the criminal Kiev regime. There is no doubt, and there never was… Russia's response to this crime can only be the direct destruction of terrorists," Medvedev said in an interview with a Donbas journalist.
On Sunday, Russian President Vladimir Putin held a meeting with Russian investigative chief Alexander Bastrykin and called the explosion on the Crimean Bridge "a terrorist attack aimed at destroying the critical civilian infrastructure of the Russian Federation." Putin said that Ukrainian special services had authorized and performed the terror act.
Mobilization in Russia Reveals Both Patriotism, Gouging
But the main thing is that the country has united to protect our people and the Fatherland. And this is the guarantee of our unconditional victory," Medvedev said in an interview with a Donbas journalist.
Russian President Vladimir Putin announced partial military mobilization in Russia on September 21. It prompted a wave of departures from the country.
According to Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, Russia's mobilization resources total 25 million people, while partial mobilization requires only 1% of that number or about 300,000 reservists.
