President Putin points to new centers of power emerging in Asia

As the Russian leader pointed out, that Asian countries are engines of world economic growth
The world is becoming a truly multipolar system. Asia where new centers of power are growing stronger plays quite a noticeable if not a key role in that," the Russian leader said.
Here such integration associations as the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, the Association of Southeast Asian Nations and the Eurasian Economic Union act dynamically and efficiently," the Russian president said.

You mean US colonies with US military forces permanently occupying Japan and South Korea grin grin

I mean Russia and china are allies of North Korea, but you don't see them plant their flags or military forces there, that is because they are allies and not a colony.

The only true ally of the US is UK and may be France They respect each other in a mutual way, as well as see each other as equals and don't fear one another like a colony would fear their colonizer. The rest of them, from EU, especially Germany as the leader, to Japan to Korea, etc are all USA colonies who don't have independent foreign policies of their own, except the ones forced on the by USA to follow, the USA don't see them as equals, and they obey all commands from Washington for fear of sanctions grin
Your have a good head on your neck.
