The way to go about it, is googling.

For example, if you are a graphic designer, Google by typing "graphic designer job in Lagos" then start by reading the requirements and make sure you tailor your CV/Resume and cover letter to the job description. Honestly, you can spend 8 hours applying to jobs in a day.

Searching for a job is a job on it own. You have to be diligent about it. You will get 3 to 5 invite in a week.
