Please anyone ever dealt with chronic constipation in their third trimester?

I had to be using laxative to poop and it's getting too much over 3 weeks now.

I've also been taking fruits, vegetables, egg, lots of water but still no improvement.

Any suggestions or ideas on how to deal with chronic constipation?

Please help out Mamas.

Hi.Perhaps you have hyperemesis gravidarum which is just a fancy name for excess vomiting.

-Ild suggest chew ginger as it might give a bit of relief and snack on plain food like toasted bread and crackers.
-Water might have a certain smell but force yourself to drink it.
Dehydration causes ketones so giving you IV drip when your body can’t take anything by mouth is for your own good.
-My Gp prescribed promethazine for anti sickness but injection form as was vomiting the tablet and it helped so ask your doctor.
Lastly My Tsh was hyper and through the roof so you might want to have yours checked too.

There are old wive tales that most people who suffer from excessive vomiting are carrying multiples but it isn’t exactly proven though.In my case it was true and my beautiful girls after years of trying(God rest their souls)were born.

The advice above are not medical but things i did that helped.Just power on and it will soon be over.
Your baby(ies) will soon come soon and this will all be over so hang in there.

Hi Mamas, please who vommitted into their 3rd trimester? I've been in and out of hospital on dehydration, I vomit almost every food and water, even anti vomiting drugs sometimes don't seem to work, please any one with suggestions.

What to do or eat? How to keep hydrated while vommitting, I'm tired of hospital.

Was also diagnosed with kidney stones but small ones and they hurt. Anyone else with similar experience.

Please suggest and help.

I'm presently using Patnas hospital in front because,u can try them if ur place isn't far...there doctors are gynaecologist.
