Pascal, just like nike said, I would beg to differ. Everytime I go there, even people who I know aren't doing well at all always blame me for looking worn out. They look healthier than me and have people at their beck and call. Didn't CNN say about 3 years ago that Nigerians are the happiest people on earth? That is oyibo company saying this o.

i think the level of poverty is very bad here and there is no way out.

those of us that we are lucky to have some thing doing here, all eyes are on US to do everything and you know what it is not possible to attend to everything or situation as they come.

till we all come to the fact that what we need to fight it on our own no GOD will fall from the sky to help us.

It very interesting how we discussion this subject matter with all our energy and intellectual abilities and powers.

Mind you there are fellows you cannot discuss their faith the way we all are doing here.

I think the best we can do is to engage ourselves in developmental discussion that we be of benefit to myself, you and the generation unborn.

The issues of Church, Christianity and a people is a debate that can never end, we(anybody) should be allow to what ever he or she belief in. As a person what is my belief, this is more important than any other thing.

How best can we improve humanity should be our goal, in a family of 6billon individuals of this earth so much to resolved both locally and internationally.

As much as religion is important in my life, it is more important how I relate to other. (Fellow beings).

This only shows the pick of decay and moral imbalance in our beloved country. From the home, to the school and society at large, we have all lost the sense of value and decency. The question is how much can I make from any situation I found myself, who cares what the next man thinks about me. The increase of this unfortunate scourge is that we are POOR in the land of plenty while there is a need to sustain our existence, so whatever I do to remain alive becomes a norm.

Today the world is worried of the likelihood of a Bird Flu pandemic. Let us increase our awareness of this situation and together we can avoid it.
Lets join hand together to make the world healthy.

Depending who the guy is. but i do not think any right think man should engage in such act. we need to be careful. Anyway it is a free world but ladies must say NO when they mean NO and say YES when they mean YES i rest my case!

It was about 3 weeks ago, I was at the Shell station getting diesel. It was about 1:30pm. I was approached by 2 men and 2 women in a car. The man that was driving asked me What kind of perfume do you wear?' I was a bit confused and I asked him
why?' He said we are selling some name brand perfumes, at cheap prices.' I said I
had no money.
He then reached out of the car and handed me paper that was laminated; it had many
perfumes on it. I looked quickly at it and gave it back. I said, I have no money.

He said it is OK, we take cheques , Cash or credit cards. Then the people in the car
began to laugh. I just got in my car and said no thanks.

Then I received this e-mail yesterday and it sent chills up my spine.

Please read this. It is not a joke. Here is the e-mail I was sent:

Dear Friends:

I am hoping you will share this with your wives, daughters, mother, sisters, etc. Our
world seems to be getting crazier by the day. Pipe bombs in mailboxes and sickos in
parking lots with perfume. Be careful. I was approached yesterday afternoon around
13:30 pm in a car park by two males who asked what kind of perfume I was wearing.
Then they asked if I'd like to sample some fabulous scent they were willing to sell me
at a very reasonable rate I probably would have agreed had I not received an e-mail
some weeks ago warning of a wanna smell this neat perfume?' scam.

Someone walks up to you at the malls or in parking lots and asking you to SNIFF
PERFUME that they are selling at a cheap price. THIS IS NOT PERFUME, IT IS
ETHER! When you sniff it, you'll pass out. They'll take your wallet, your valuables and
heaven knows what else. The men continued to stand between parked cars, I guess to wait for someone else to hit on. I stopped a lady going to wards them, pointing at
them and told her about how I was sent an e-mail at work.

If it were not for this e-mail, I probably would have sniffed the PERFUME but thanks
to the generosity of an e-mailing friend, I was spared whatever might have happened to
me. I wanted to do the same for you.
