bathing with sponge is good and also bad... some organism feed on d bacteria on our skin.... so if such organisms come and fine no bacteria which was washed by the sponge.. it will feed on our skin directly...... so what is there is that .. we are adviced to bath with sponge in the morning and without sponge through the rest of the day |
