I have for some days now been bothered with the rate at which people come to me to help fix a blackberry mobile device and then it becomes more disgusting when I hear the amount people pay to fix their phones, I now resolved to give a little help, now note, I said "little help" and not "total help" which means for some complex issues, you'll have to consult schooled professionals.

What to expect at the training:
1. You'll learn the common tech issues associated with the BB mobile device

Bro, i sincerely wont advice you to leave now,I made the same mistake some years back, i paid expensively for it doe, if not that i'm a strong willed person, i wuld av crashed.

Reasons:
1. Since u'r still paid in ur current place, it will take charge of ur running cost, which naturally might not come wen u'r on-ur-own
2. You can always run other shows dat would bring in money later
3. applying for some leave and doing some crash courses will be ideal particularly wen u'r still in a paid employment. (it gives u more rep and attention cos dey knw say time no dey on your side)

In addition,it is best to leverage on the need/short falls of some of the so-called outsoursed skills. Every solutions has it's short falls,a perfect solution would be a combined effort of so many "heads".... But if you look well enough,you'll find loop holes. My only consern is... You might think you have done it all,then another person comes up with a better idea... Question is, how do you outrightly prevent your skill from being outsourced in this light?
