Is this a trend because all the weddings ive been hearing about recently, its either they're so close in age or even age-mates. The one i attended this past saturday, the guy is 35 and the woman 34. I'm suprised because i expected him to choose maybe those of us in our early 20s. Im not jealous oo but just curious if its a trend now. What happened to marrying a young woman you can pamper and baby us real good. The other one, the woman is 32 and the man 29. Is it that men are not worried about respect and submissiveness like our fathers, forefathers, etc.

I have been dating this guy for a year now, both of us have jobs so I don't ask him for any financial assistance.
for sometime now I have been getting suitors, they are five in number now asking for my hand in marriage but I keep turning them down because I am hoping on my present relationship though the stuborn ones are still disturbing me with marriage proposals.

I decided to let my boyfriend know about them, the response I got from him wasn't satisfactory. From my own understanding he's not ready to settle down any time soon neither did he tell me to wait for him nor propose to me.

I am confused right now, I don't know if I should wait
for him till when he's ready but my fear is what if he never propose. I really love him and I know he loves me too.

I've been here long enough to know (or at least think that I know) that girls hardly pick up their phone to call an ex. The said hubby's exes won't/might never call him up, even if they want him, they have this useless and misplaced thing called "pride".. But some guys can still call their exes, chat up, even if given the opportunity, some will sleep with them.

It is not, you can't expect a girl to be your girlfriend on first meeting her it takes time to get to know each other, that's what dates are for. Ask her out to dinner or to a movie but if she begs you for everything don't waste your time on her because she just wants what's in your pockets.
