Yes. It also affected those dat even did,
, UME/PCE and gained admission thru dat. Jamb claimed they don't have of data of those Jamb reg nmbrs (which they issued demselves during the sales of Jamb form).so those ones too paid as if they r obtaining new Jamb form which they tagged as "Regularization" in order to be mobilized by NYSC. Jamb is just seizing this opportunity to make money.

exactly!... This whole problem was caused by d sch's admission officers of the various unis.
... Before d advent of post ume in 2005 which allowed schs decide who to admit, it was d sole duty of JAMB to offer admission to students. This allowed schs to admit like 2 or 3 times d quota allocated to dem by NUC and dis is d root of d problem (cos some schs even admited ppl dat did choose dem in jamb).
According to standard procedure, before any admission list is pasted in sch, d admisssion officer is suppose to send d names to Jamb office in abj to enable them update their database after which they (jamb) send the admission letters of d students back to the various schs.

Wat d admission officers did was to send names dat waz up to the normal quota given to dem, while d excess was just freestyled. so even if u get jamb reg no, ur name fit no dey jamb database...

We still hv complicated cases lik dat of a babe in dis house *i don forget her moniker*. She was offered admission by UNN and ANSU (UNN offered her admission 1st bt she didnt like d course). Today she's a graduate of ANSU... But her admissn status online still bears UNN and d course she rejected.

Conclusion: d problem is not from u, ur sch caused it!...

I heared NYSC will start paying corpers thirty-something thousand from this 2013 Batch A set. A serving corp member confirmed this to me.
