We don't need to spill the beans here but truth is, Npower don't know shi.t about that letter. Once letter is signed and uploaded, your payment will come flawless. Except for occasional visits by monitors which may come harmless or harmful when they become overzealous. Afterall, it's the same 30k that we are paid, they will also collect.

You cannot edit your name at the moment. What you can do is send your Npower ID to Npower through their email or verified social media handle for them to pay you on your account regardless of the error.

If you have another account number different from the one you submitted earlier, use it for the account verification. That was directives from an NPOWER focal person. Once you do that, your deployment button will automatically appear while your old account number will be replaced by the new one.

Ezenwa, please my friend has been deployed but no deployment tab to download his PPA. I also observed that with someone else who hasn't verified his account details just as my friend hasn't. That is not true. Npower stated in their reply to a question that, their technical team is working to resolve the PPA letter.
