My fellow Nairalanders,i sincerely need your advice.

The hunger and passion to have my company has been tormenting me for years.creating job opportunity for my fellow youth.i own a boutique shop and for 3years now i have been able to employe only 2persons.truely that is not what i want or desired for.i wish to employe as many people as i can but i guess buying and selling business cannot offer me such opportunity.
Now i have decided to open a small company but really dont know which,where and how to start.
Please house the advise i need frim you is this; what type of small company i can open with a minimum of 1million naira.(im thinking of tissue paper production,or egg production)
Please your advise is highly needed.thanks
