Delta state govt should pls tighten security along oghara to warri axis. It has become den for kidnappers by herdsmen. A student was kidnapped on Monday while returning from Oghara to Warri together with nine others by herdsmen. They had to part with a ransom b4 bn set free on Wednesday evening which was d deadline set by the herdsmen or he will be killed. For three days no water, no food was given to them and they where tortured. |
