My Sister, my opinion is that,
Public hospital readily have experience hands round the clock.
While private clinic have experience hands mostly on arrangement...
I have my NHIS in a private hospital, but registered with Garki General Hospital.

The potash is usually in the thicken palm oil, it is the reagent for that yellowish thicken soup been added to the final dish.

If you prepare it by your self, no cause for alarm, as am sure your method is not the generic Igbo method. Relax

When I was a customer at Fertility Clinic I was asked to avoid potash with my meds. So I opted for Enugu style of abacha with no potash.
Don't know if the potash affects prenatal meds.
Most of northern soup are potash based, shouldn't that have lowered reproduction?
What do I know?

I rush went for scanning. the scanning was Okk. perfect.. but they said baby is lying transverse... my first pregnancy baby was not lying transverse ohh, but my bump did not come out till I was 8 months or so.... abeg make una help na only me waka come for this bump issue.?

All glory be to Abba Father. I was delivered of a bouncing baby girl yesterday through elective CS at 12.25 pm. Her weight was 3.1 kg at 37.2 weeks according to LMP. Baby, mum, dad and sis all doing great. Please rejoice with me.
