Ps4 pro is far more superior than even gtx1060, it's on the level of gtx 1660ti that is why it runs 4k at 60 fps.if you play games well then you'll know 1050 is not even a powerful as the ordinary ps4 sef,by the way the ps5 is on par with 2080 and so is the new xbox,they can game on 8k.
And you can only play ps2 games on pc,there are no official stable ps3 emulator not to talk of ps4 emulators.

You can play exclusive games using emulators on your PC.. but I've mostly seen em on Desktops..as for the Ps5 using Something as powerful as the Rtx 2080 I'll say no...maybe the GTX 1050ti and even at that I'll still buy a better system or build a PC..I prefer more FPS and smoother experience than Exclusiveness...you can't play every game that will be released �
