Coaches don't build structures? Different people are involved in building the structure and the manager plays an important part. Klopp has built a structure at Liverpool. The kind of players signed, the style of play, the type of youngsters that come into the team. All these are influenced by the coach.

There's a whole difference between a manager and coach. Fergie had a huge say in the running of the club away from the first team but it's not the same for other coaches.
