Training players to improve their techniques is from technical ability, training them to execute team moves using said techniques is from tactical ability. Like when Tuchel came in newly he introduced small balls to improve the ball control of his players, we could also see Lampard trying to assist Kovacic with his shooting. I once posted videos of Tuchel while he was at Mainz using method of differential learning to pass tactical info.
