With an exception to Lagos, from Ogun, To Oyo and Zamfara, up to Borno, the insignia of APC has been poverty and hunger. However they came to town with their propaganda and even the elites was deceived.
I cannot forget Adewunmi's Achivement Under Jonathan in Agriculture. I cannot forget the new paradigm in business and economy under Olushegun Aganga. No one can ignore or understate the wisdom of Ngozi Okonjo, neither can I lay ordinary the hope we were seeing in the revamping and re-engineering of Rail Transportation in Nigeria.
We were too blind to notice that Jonathan was moving the country out of the state of stagnation towards self-propelled growth. Young entrepreneurs were being empowered, and for the first time in a very long time, youth began to think their dreams and ideas would not waste after all. I know few youth who had access to YOUWIN and now are big men/women and employer of labours in their own right today, al thanks to Jonathan.

What the NASS is doing now is checking fund release from the previous years budget and hedging against work done. The monies that were unreleased in addition to new projects will be captured in this years budget.

Oga, we know last year budget underperformed. Whether or not it is a continuation of 2015 budget, spending without result call for caution in case of another financial provision. Even if its a continuation of previous year's budget, Buhari spend the better part of it since he took over since may, the 5th month of 2015. Which by implication, means he has wasted 2 years budget without any evidence of performance and result. Speak another English Abeg.
