Bros, don't let DSS come for you o. They hate it when you ask deep questions. They love it if their perceived enemies are thrown into jails for the same question they refused to answer about one of their own. Daura is watching you! ![]() |
Writing a million words to defend a simple issue is suspicious in itself. He made his point clear but am sure we didn't vote a secret cult into power, we voted a political party that got its power from the people, why so much secret about everything? Is it that The same people they begged to vote for them cannot ask question about their president again?............ ![]() Am just wondering. |
Good morning Buddies and Pals, its your boy again, D-4-Dayo (Temidayo-Kingheart). TGIF, and a beautiful weekend just began. I have a gift for y'all, not money, not tangible stuffs, but an insight that money cannot buy. Here we go: In a gathering of people, a question was asked, and the question was: "what can u learn in 3 seconds, that will change the rest of your life and turn your focus around?" As simple as the question sounded, there were diverse opinions and views, answers that are laughable, and others that didn't match the factors of the original question. And like you know, a typical Nigerian boy, and a Yoruba for that matter, I was eager to learn new things, so I perched and waited for the answers to roll in. After many cacophonous and rancorous session of explosive answers and suggestions, an answer got everybody calmed. It sounded so simple, but powerful, nonetheless: A man said, what he had learnt in 3 seconds and that had helped and still helps his life is a questions: "what is my intention?" In anything we do in life, every step we take, every action we undertake, "what is my intention?" Should always come up. If you learn to ask this 2-3 Seconds question about everything you do in life, your life will forever be changed for good, or bad (depending on what your answers were to that question). If you got an admission into higher institution, ask "what is my intention". If you wake up every morning, ask "what is my intention". If you enter into a relationship, ask "what is my intention". If you decide to marry, ask "what is my intention". Dont go before two great families to say 'I-Do' only for you to come and be telling us "cheating is NORMAL" in a marriage. If you get a job, ask "what is my intention". We have a generation of people who have no future-value, I live in Lagos and I know what always come to mind when I see some young, and adult individuals. They have no intention for life whatsoever, they only pass thru it in a semi-subconscious manner. They got no plan, they just wan to wake up every day and "spend" the day like money. They want flex. They want fun. They want to be where its happening. They earned so much and spend as much things that have sub-ZERO value. Our country is governed by people who cannot even define governance un their local dialects, because they didn't define their intention for joining politics or what politics exist in the first place. We have universities that churn out TRILLIONS of graduate with no market values, graduate that can hardly define a simple subject in their 4-year discipline course-load. With our present mindsets, relationships and marriages are nothing more important than going to the Toilets and coming out. We are a messed up people with zero respect for moral and values. Let us redefine our minds cuz out of it comes the substance of life. And the first place ro start is to ask that simple question, "what is my intention". Hope my points didn't anger you, I am Temidayo, I write frankly. TGIF. |
gameboyo:Go ahead my brother. I cried sometimes, when I see how messed our situations are. |
angelTI:Yes! We are set |
Ask them simple question, they'll start quoting the bible. Raise an issue, they wouldn't discuss the issue, rather they'll say you're from the pit of hell.......Madam, what were you doing with the Dictator of Gambia, Jammeh? Simple! |
When I imagine what Jonathan would have achieved with Agriculture the way it was progressing, what he would have achieved with power and electricity. What manner of young entrepreneurs he would have raised by now, I just feel like crying. I feel bad not because some age-diminished, truth-evading and vision-deficient power monger who had and still have no iota of experience and character to lead our nation took power, but because we let them. That's my pain. Now the little but steady progress Jonathan was making had been whisked into the negative axis of development Cartesian in less than 2 years. And to think that people like this lady was used to destroy the former regime is more saddening. Crying is too late for them. They shall reap in full. .... |
Time, date and place please! Young minds are ready! This time, it'll be total. We are tired. |
Whoever marries this one marries TROUBLE, in capital letter. To her, cheating ain't NO BIG DEAL cuz her mind is twisted and her lifestyles is a joke. She is not dignify enough to understand the sacredness of marriage or the vows thereof. One quick question: "just how many men does she presently sleeps with in her single state?" Your guess is as good as mine. |
dhardline:Thoughtless view. |
They thot power is bread and butter. They waged a propaganda war. They shouted to high heavens and fooled the people, but in the long run, they fooled themselves. Now they don't even know what to do about governance, they are as confused as snake fish. They complained about oil price, but oil price has improved. They complained about revenue, but they generate twice what past govt generated in tax and duties. They said it was Boko haram, now Boko haram is supposedly defeated. They said it was corruption, Abeg where Is the corruption now. Every aspect of governance is suffering, at least past governments got one or two aspect right. What has this govt got right? GEJ moved our economy into the elite class, they destroyed it. He moved our agriculture to enviable height in Africa, they destroyed it. All the vehicle assembly plants that were hussling to outsmart themselves in who to settle in Nigeria first have quietly disappeared from the country. Average Nigeria cannot afford common food stuff. They said Avenger was the reason light was not available, when last did avenger bombed anything, yet they supply us MEGAWATTS OF DARKNESS. what can you give as a credit to this govt............am still searching. |
If this is true, then we are in big trouble. Everybody should just brace up for 2018 cuz when re-election is at hand, Iyalaya anybody can and would be arrested for only-God-Knows Reasons. It does seem like the conspiracy is true after all, get killed and never say a word. |
In a country where common sense and competence rule, This man should be in his village by now, but this is the kind of Shameless fellow Nigerian politics endear. We are not lucky with leadership in this country. |
RIP Eneh. She had always wanted to be a soldier. Military blood runs in her family but why this for the young agile soul? Rest in Peace Eneh. You paid the price. |
I respect Ladies as this one. They are called INSTITUTION cuz they have values to add, and not just their curves and the OZA ROOM. |
Something is not right about these picture and supposed accident. First, there's no blood splatter from busting flesh, stomach or even brain. Secondly, was the man walking naked when the trailer or whatever hit and roll over him? Cuz I can't see any clothings. |
Jammeh is the subject of ECOWAS military action, now that he's abdicated, they should respect the sovereignty of Gambia cuz with or without Jammeh, the military remains the military. |
They claimed Trump is violent, but I guess Character has shown the real violent group. And its not Trump............... |
Beautiful Democrasy, beautiful minds...........Africa has a long way to go. |
When the world honours you, and God Favours you, even your enemies become friends. |
Wherever you are in the world, and whatever language you speak, every tongues and people have their gazes fixated on the inauguration of Donald Trump, The Rookie that took the whitehouse in just 18 months. Like him or not, here we are, witnessing the enthronement of the 45th president of the United State, in his person. ......................_________....................... While a part of the world believe in the illegitimacy of his presidency, some parts believe he earned the crown, yet another just dont care how it happened, legitimate or not, such as live in the present, not the past, and neither the future. If you take a while for a breather, inhaling a graceful ambience that delete unjustifiable discrimination, I'll ask you a simple question: "what do you think of the person and views of Donald Trump?" ................____________.................. If it were an open contest of debate, such question would last eternity. That is because of the varied nature of people's opinions, either diligently carved opinions, or opinions inherited from one person to another without holistic justification. Rather than lead you on unwittingly, I'll simply let you digest the weight of that question. Again, what do you think of the person of Donald J. Trump? ...............__________................... Wait! Don't shoot yet! I know you have an already-made answer, one you've formed in the time past. But what I want us to do is dissect him according to his views and plans, and not necessarily the delivery of his utterances, which is one of the judging factors people used in creating opinions about him. ................_____________................... In the late 80s, I had an uncle who moved from ivory coast to the US. He would come home like every 3years into the 90s, and tell us lota things about the United State Of America. Bad or good, as it was, the slogan "GOD BLESS AMERICA" was always on his tongue, not because he was a citizen then, but as an exclamation to make us feel how great the country, its people and the standard of living was. Even without stepping the stair case of any US bound aircraft, the imagination was beautiful. Fast forward to today, this present America. What had or is changing? ..............._________................. From my point of few, America was very great. Really really great. And even though I am not an America, I can confidently say that America is basically living the shadow of itself, what it used to be. I am passionate about the greatness of America so much that I used it as the epitome of a great nation in any of my discussion. If I were an America, a real patriot of America, I'll probably canvass for a greater America than Donald Trump Did. I would bring to the fore how things had changed so bad that the greatness of America is now debatable. I might not get too emotional and lousy like DJT, but I'll shout to high Heavens how the political dogma and conventional politics need to give way to a re-invention of the American Dream, nonetheless. ...............____________.............. Back to our questions, do you think Trump was wrong when he said the establishment has messed up America with politicking? Was he wrong that China Had taken all the jobs in America? Was he wrong to say Mexico-US border is the most famous and busy drug route in the world and that Mexico imports gangsterism? Was he wrong to say they have to screen and profile Arab Muslims on entering the US? Was it a bad call to want to build a wall to curb unprecedented drug baronage? Or was he wrong to say America should not be a dumping ground anymore? .............__________................ If Africans have mediocres for leaders, and clapping-committee for citizens, some worlds dont. Some people are so passionate about their father lands that they cant allow illegality to have effect for too long, and to make effect, they shout it loud . Think about these loads of questions I asked before this last paragraph and then go back to answer the question: "what do you think about the person and views of Donald Trump?" I am Temidayo Kingheart. A son of Nigeria. |
