Turi Madagwa or Paul Jumbo the CEO of turischool.com and pauljumbostore.com is a legit and certified scammer. Anytime you pay him money to design website for you, he'll design it, but won't give you full (admin) access to the WP Back-end. He only gives editor access.

Now, after 1 month he'll resell the same website to another person, and then stop answering his phone. He won't pick calls again, no WhatsApp reply.

That will be the end. You have to search for another website designer to design another website for you.. He has done this to another guy also. Please stop dealing with him... He'll eat your money for nothing.

He is a confirmed scammer. I have all the proves for the guy that's asking for a proof. I contacted him to for rdp, on his site it's said to be 7,500 and when I contacted him on WhatsApp, he sent the company account and later sent another account. I paid and sent the receipt, after comfirming it, he stopped chatting. This is tow days ago on Saturday 10/4/2021. I have all the screenshot and all our chats. I have been bagging him but he doesn't reply me anymore.
